This spacious Southern Maine home accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms plus additional sleeping area in the living room. The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, are also on the second floor and have access to a full bathroom located in the hallway.

There are three full bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. One is attached to the master bedroom, one is in the hallway on the second floor and the third is located on the main floor.


☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The kitchen opens up to a lounging area which seats 5 and looks out to the back yard. The dining area seats 8 guests at a large table.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. There are three couches, seating 9 comfortably, two of which pull out into queen sized sofa beds.

The exterior area of this home boasts a covered deck with a table seating 6, as well as a gas grill. The backyard is spacious enough for lawn games and blocked in with trees so the kids can play in peace.

GUEST ACCESS

PLEASE NOTE there is a 1 bedroom apartment located above the garage. The tenant is a very respectful young professional and most guests don't even know he's there.

Guests will enjoy full access to all rooms and amenities listed. There is central air heat and AC throughout the bedrooms on the second floor of the house. The first floor is heated by baseboard heating, as well as heated and cooled by a heat pump located in the main living room.

There is a high chair and pack n' play always at the listing that is available for guests to use. There is also cornhole and Kan-Jam available to guests in the summer months.
