This Smoky Mountain Oasis is a wonderful and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Pigeon Forge cabin rental for up to 10 guests — great for a fun family vacation or a weekend away with friends. It's packed with entertainment and fun, has space for a small group, and boasts seasonal mountain views for a wonderful stay. There's also a 14-game arcade console — featuring Pac-Man — plus another Fast and Furious driving arcade game!

Enjoy seasonal mountain views as you sip your coffee in the morning, make meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in front of the electric fireplace. The media space with a big screen TV is great for movie nights, and there is a private indoor pool for year-round swimming! Smoky Mountain Oasis also has a soothing hot tub, air hockey, and TVs in the bedrooms.

More conveniences include 2 king-size beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed, keyless entry (easy self check-in), and a washer/dryer so you can pack light.

Please note that there is active construction in the immediate area, including excavation and a new home build, which may result in occasional daytime noise.

This was a great place to stay. Close to pigeon forge but far enough away to get the mountain experience.

2 days out we were notified about construction behind the property. Construction both sides, behind, and everywhere. Arrived and cabin had not been cleaned - had to kill 3 hours and but meal for 8 plus entertainment for kids. Offered 150 compensation but ultimately have 300 in debit card that can only be used on line and with a fee. Pool heater went out last day. Cars filthy from construction. Nails sticking out of steps. Dryer takes 3 hours for small load. Might be nice place after construction and improved attention to some details and equipment.

Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave a review. We’re very sorry your visit fell short of expectations. We apologize for the late notice about nearby construction and for the cabin not being ready on arrival, that unacceptable delay and the extra expense and disruption it caused should not have happened. Housekeeping and our operations team will be reviewing staffing and turnaround procedures to prevent this going forward. We also regret the inconvenience with the compensation method and will review our process to make sure resolutions are fair and usable. Maintenance will inspect the pool heater, service or replace the dryer, remove the exposed nails on the steps, and address vehicle/dust issues related to the construction. We will also work with the owner and contractors to improve communication and minimize guest impact while work is ongoing. Thank you again for the detailed feedback, it’s helping us make immediate improvements, and we regret that this stay wasn’t a better experience.

We just ended a great trip. Overall, the house was great for 9 people.Pros: - Nice clean house- Great location to everything- Couches are big enough to sleep on- 4.5 baths were great- Nice Hot Tub - Pool was nice and clean- Received response back within a day- Very Spacious- Included extra TP, PP, SoapCons:- We new price going in (total was 2,600 Thu.-Mon.), but didn't expect construction zone & thought we might have a scenic spot like past houses we rented. Houses are very nice, but all cramped in together. - Many houses were being built all around us including a house to left and right. We booked this house months ago and they let us know 2 days before there may be some construction. They made it sound like it was only one house, but they knew for months the neighborhood is under construction (a little misleading). With that said, we were gone during the day so the construction never bothered us. - Pool alarm and outdoor alarm were very annoying.- Nails in driveway from construction. We picked up as many as we could so we didn't get a flat tire. Some nails were still left in the corner of driveway encased in mud but our vehicle didn't touch that part.- We had two 18 yo girls on top queen bunk and another two on bottom bunk. Girls said bed would wobble every time someone moved. Two of the girls moved to couches.Neutral:- Driveways are tight. However, was able to pull in a 15 person Ford Transit diagonally. It was barely off the road, but it fit.

Hearts On Fire Conference

This home is in a great location and close to many attractions in Pigeon Forge. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the home is exactly as listed. My only complaint is the beds are not very comfortable but other than that I give this listing a thumbs up.

Comfy, clean, beautiful

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We do a lot of trips using vrbo and this house was a very impressive and good fit for ys - absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. Everyone was very happy. The parking isnt generous but it was fine and it felt a little exposed with so many close neighbors but I think once the landscaping goes in for this new neighborhood it will be perfect.

Smokey mnt oasis

Overall was pretty good. It was just contact with the host. We had to contact them multiple times since the upstairs toilets werent flushing causing a leak in the ceiling of the basement bathroom. Then asked for extra blankets for the couches and were never brought after they said they would.

Smokey Mountains & Lots of Fun

We absolutely loved the property. This is a new build so construction is still very much active in this neighborhood. With that being said it didn’t restrict us or annoy us at all. We are excited to come back in a few years to see the neighborhood completely finished to see its true beauty. Canins for You is top notch. 5 Stars for everything. Loved the pool and the cleanliness of the property the most! Thanks for a memorable spring break for us parents and kiddos alike.

Amazing cabin

This cabin is absolutely stunning! It’s basically brand new. The pool has very high security inside the cabin there’s a code, there’s an alarm when you open the door, and the pool itself has an alarm for anything over 15lbs getting into the water. I took my 16month old and honestly felt safe when it came to the pool. The only thing I didn’t love is that there are stairs in the kitchen/living area so with a 16month old we had to push the chairs infront of the stair to avoid Him falling down them or trying to go up them but honestly the entire cabin was beautiful and I’d absolutely stay again.

This was not a good vacation experience. The property was dirty, shower curtains were moldy, clothes and dirty towels from previous guests were still around the house, hot tub was cold and not filled, pool alarm batteries were old so there was constant beeping. We addressed all of this immediately to have someone come clean the property and address the hot tub and the alarm. Someone cam and got the hot tub going (we had to fill it ourselves) and replaced the batteries for the alarm. No one ever came to clean.Beyond the cleanliness. I received a voicemail 4 days before check in (well beyond our cancellation date) saying that there was "A cabin" being built behind our cabin and hopefully that wont disturb us. When we pulled in, it was a full construction zone. Immediately behind us, multiple cabins were being built along with directly to the left, directly to the right and in front. We had 2 young girls with us and there was absolutely no privacy to the hot tub and out door amenities we paid for, a bob cat was parked not even 5 feet from out patio. we should have been informed of the amount of construction that would be going on when we booked the property months earlier.Our VRBO representative was no help and very rude when we were expressing our concerns. She did not eve have the correct phone number for the host or management company and told us "it was not her problem."Overall, a very disappointing experience and a lot of money wasted.

What you described, mildew on the shower curtains, leftover towels and clothing, the hot tub not being filled, the pool alarm battery beeping, and no follow‑up cleaning after you reported these issues, is unacceptable. We also apologize that construction directly around the cabin and the lack of clear notice impacted your privacy and enjoyment, and that the VRBO representative’s response made the situation worse. We did have a team member address the hot tub and alarm while you were there, but we failed to resolve the other cleanliness issues or properly communicate about the construction. We will review our cleaning and maintenance records, speak with the teams involved, and re-evaluate how we disclose any nearby construction so future guests aren’t surprised. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely regret that your vacation was ruined and appreciate the feedback so we can improve.
