Wonderful luxury 6 BR home just a short walk to the beach with a private pool. The home has an open living room and plenty of parking for the entire family. The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your family's cooking needs while boasting stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. It was completely re-imagined and renovated in the Spring of 2022. The large kitchen island has seating for four. The kitchen opens to the formal dining area with a large table comfortably seating ten. Adjacent to the dining area is the family room with a new L-Shaped Couch, two accent chairs and mounted flat screen tv. Parking is limited to four cars in the driveway, only four car passes will be issued. There are two driveways so plenty of room to park. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 1 Cockle in Palmetto Dunes is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Bedroom One has a King bed, slider access to the private pool, flat screen tv and newly renovated en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom contains a double vanity and luxurious over-sized walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom have Queen size beds, flat screen tvs and share a Jack & Jill style bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom features two twin beds and a flat screen tv. The sixth bedroom is located upstairs and has a daybed with a trundle.

Outside you'll fall in love with your large private pool, new hot tub, dining and lounging areas! The Beach is easily accessed by a nearby beach path that takes you over one portion of our Palmetto Dunes lagoon system! The spa can be heated (March - October) for an additional fee.

Palmetto Dunes offers miles of shaded bike paths, an 11 mile lagoon system to kayak and fish in, three championship golf courses and one of the best tennis and pickle ball facilities on the island. Palmetto Dunes is one of the most popular family resort destinations on Hilton Head and in the US.
