My friends and I had a lovely stay in Rehobath! The house was larger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues with anything in the house and would absolutely stay again. The porch in the back was fun for outdoor chats and the bathrooms were well maintained. Short distance to the beach and boardwalk too!

Excellent house for Family Vacation

Perfect for our daughter's family of 4 (upstairs) and us (downstairs). The house was more spacious than the photos indicated, very clean, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking everything imaginable. The location was awesome too!

First of all, Joe was terrific and quickly addressed our concerns. However, as soon as we got to the address it was clear that the air conditioning was not working properly. I can't imagine that the previous week it was rented in the condition we had it. It was obviously not checked before we got there. After contacting Joe, the repairman was quickly sent. The technician said there were “many things wrong” with the air conditioning. He returned the following morning and completed the repairs. The bottom line is that someone should have checked the air conditioning. All else with the property was ok, although a thorough sweeping should remove the popcorn on the floor next to the sofa.

It's a very comfortable home. Everything was clean and operational. The beds were very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Instructions clear. Very easy and would stay again.

House was in good shape and in a good location. All guests slept comfortably. Not sure why only 2 cars were permitted to park in driveway when house that shares driveway is permitted 3.. driveway is the same length for both houses, makes no sense and seemed unnecessary. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space but they are pretty much already completely filled with junk like vacuums, mops, cleaning supplies and detergents. There was barely anywhere to store actual food. The house came with lots of rules.. what to set AC to, parking, hand wash dishes, a PIN to use the TV, etc.. crazy. There were 4 giant Amazon boxes were delivered during our stay. They were too large to fit in a closet so we had to leave them in the living room, very unsightly. The floors also hadn't been cleaned and a couple things were broken when we arrived.

The property overall is nice, but there are a few things that could be improved upon. There was a musty smell, maybe due to prior water damage as we didn't notice anything that looked recent. The first front porch step is loose.While this didn't affect our stay, the interior walls of the house either could use a good cleaning or repainted.
