*Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove) with Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, instant pot, dinnerware, glassware, pots & pans to cook full meals at home.
*Kitchen counter has 4 stools
*Dining table seats up to 8.
*Living room with sectional and large 65" smart TV with sliding door to backyard facing the large lake.
*All 4 ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms and all bedrooms have lake-view.
*Bedroom 1: Located on main level with a king bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom with sliding door to back yard,
*Bedroom 2: Located on second level with a king bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom with shower only and door to large outdoor balcony with loungers and umbrella with lakeview.
*Bedroom 3: Located on second level with 2 floating queen beds in this sensational Frozen themed room. Feel the freeze of queen Elsa's wrath. Smart TV. There is a door leading to balcony patio with loungers and umbrella with lakeview. En-suite bathroom.
*Bedroom 4: Located on second level with custom Star Wars star fighters featuring 4 full size bunk beds, smart TV and large en-suite bathroom with lakeview. May the force be with you.
*Garage has been converted to a cool air conditioned game room with ping pong table, multi-cade arcade with thousands of classic games (Mario, Street fighter, Mortal kombat, Pacman, Donkey Kong, and more), PS4 and Xbox systems - Bring your own games and controllers. Ready by November 23.

*Home is located on a 4 acre lake with fishing (no license required), hiking trail, tennis and volleyball courts, community pool, basketball.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!


WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*One bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

GRILL: Gas grill available (Fill your own gas, a propane tank is available for your convenience). No charcoal use in gas grill.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags.

*Entire home
*Access to the resort with swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball.

Other Things to Note:
*Backyard backs onto large lake and is unfenced.
*Frozen room has door leading to outdoor balcony.
*Responsible for refilling gas tank.
*Florida lakes may have alligators, and snakes in lake.

Interaction with Guests:
*We will not be living with you but we have numerous staff within close proximity.
