The dining room has seating for 6 with a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. The large fully stocked kitchen has new stainless appliances and granite countertops.
The master bedroom which also has sliding glass doors that open onto our balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico has a comfortable king size bed. Large dresser and large flatscreen hd tv with dvd player. We have a walk in closet and private bath
The 1st guest bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed and large flatscreen hd tv and dvd.
The 2nd guest bedroom has two sets of bunks with full twin size mattresses. This room sleeps an additional 4 people. This room also has a large flatscreen hd tv and dvd.
The balcony has a table with seating for 4 to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning or your first cocktail of the evening after a wonderful fun filled day at the beach.
There is also a lounge chair on the balcony for further relaxation.
We have a laundry room inside our luxury condo with a full size washer and dryer.
The complex has a large outdoor pool, indoor pool, hottub, fitness room, sauna, meeting room, racquetball court, grills, and high speed wifi.
