Guests have easy access to Lake Michigan via boat (option to rent!) from the river or can walk to the private or public beach. This home provides the perfect blend of relaxation & fun with the hot tub, kayaks, pedalboat, bikes, game room, massage chair, large bedrooms, several outdoor patios, and walking distance to downtown New Buffalo!

Our home is nestled between Lake Michigan and the Galien River Nature Preserve. Only a 10 min walk to downtown New Buffalo and less than a 5 min walk to the public beach. There is also private beach access just down the street!

The entire home and property are available for your use.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
You are guaranteed a pleasant night of sleep in one of the 5 bedrooms of the Lighthouse. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, cotton sheets, a cotton duvet, and a couple of pillows.

Each bathroom is stocked with plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and basic pantry items needed to cook delicious meals during your stay. The modern appliances and spacious island make it easy to prepare meals. You’ll also find a drip coffee machine, electric kettle, and Nespresso maker with a milk frother. We also provide coffee beans, Nespresso pods, creamer & sugar -- fresh coffee coming your way each morning!

The kitchen and dining area are in a shared space with plenty of room for the whole group to sprawl! You will find a large wooden dining table that comfortably seats ten with a breakfast counter that seats four. This kitchen has all the amenities that you might need in order to cook for a big gathering.

Adjacent to the kitchen & dining are you will find the living room where you can sit back and relax, play games, and/or watch a movie. Plenty of seating is available on the two sofas and the chairs, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. While hanging out in the living room you can:

*Watch a movie on the flat-screen, smart TV using the streaming services
* Play one of the many board games provided
* Enjoy a book
* Drink a cocktail or coffee while mingling with your friends & family

This family-friendly space also features a pack ’n play, baby monitor, white noise machine, children’s books, toys, and a highchair, so you never have to worry about your little one.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step out into one of the many outdoor areas in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while spending time with your family & friends. While sipping on your coffee, you can plan for the day ahead or simply sit back and watch the morning unfold.

Through the back door of the living room and master bedrooms, you’ll find a lovely outdoor spaces with lounging areas, grill, pizza oven, firepit, hot tub, and the river. At the end of the day make sure sit around the fire, recap your day, make a smore and hang out. (Keep in mind that the yard is not fenced, so if you have children or dogs, make sure to keep an eye on them so they do not wander into other yards.)

This spacious home is in the perfect location for discovering New Buffalo! Ideally located a few minutes from the public beach, a quick walk to the private beach, 10 min walk to downtown New Buffalo, and more! You can also choose to rent our boat to fully embrace the excitement of the summer months on Lake Michigan.

Your safety matters. This property has a surveillance cameras outside around the house. These will be on at all times but don’t worry, it does not look into interior spaces.
