One of a Kind Beach House Beautifully Decorated with 3 bedrooms- 2 full baths and a 12x24 Screened Lanai over looking Twin Lakes.
This home is located in Oceanside Village a Gated Golf Cart Community on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Take a short golf cart ride to the private beach with restrooms, showers, and access to a restaurant and outdoor bar.

The space
Beautifully Decorated Home:
Kitchen: fully stocked for all of your home cooking needs, with large island and 3 seats.
Livingroom: has sectional and 55" Roku TV, entertainment cabinet with family games
Dining room: Round table with seats 4
Master bedroom: 1 king bed, dresser, Roku TV, full bath w/ walk in shower and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: 2 full beds, dresser.
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, dresser, Roku TV, bay window with views of twin lake.
Lanai (12x24) : over looking Twin lakes and the best views of Carolina's wild life. with Roku TV
Outdoor patio: gas grill, gas Firepit surrounded with bistro lights for the perfect ambience .
Covered carport with attached shed, beach chairs and sand toys.
Guest access
Guests have full access to our entire home. Private beach access with parking, all amenities including 2 outdoor pools, Kids Splash Pad, Outdoor Hot Tub, Indoor Heated Pool, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Basket Ball Court, Volley Ball, Baseball Field, Community Center and kids newly installed Play Ground. Don't forget your fishing poles as all of our lakes are stocked with plenty of catch and release fish. Fitness gym is available for an additional community fee paid at the Front Office. Tupelo Bay located just across the street has 2 golf courses and a driving range, plus foot golf, disc golf, and putt-putt.
Pack and play and High Chair on sight
-GOLF CART included ( Must be a licensed driver 21 or older) For use in Oceanside Village and Beach parking lot only. If used outside OSV, Cart privileges will be revoked immediately!
Other things to note
Please bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and beach towels. Bed linen and bath towels provided.
For weekly rentals:
Starter kit will be provided. (One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap, small hand soap, shampoo and conditioner .
SMOKING Outdoor Only Policy. Evidence of smoking within the house and Lanai will forfeit security deposit. There is plenty of outdoor cover at the carport.
Addl Cleaning fee 2026 $200 2027 $225
This home is equipped with security cameras.

Golfcart use outside community except Beach parking lot is strictly prohibited and will lose use for remainder of stay !
Rinse off sand on the side of the carport including the Golf Cart pretty please and plug it in when not in use like overnight.
Only smoke outside by the Fire pit or Carport ! Its a great place to enjoy your vacation and we know you will love it.

Family Beach Vacation

We stayed here with my in-laws and 2 children. My kids loved riding in the golf cart! The house was very clean and beautiful inside. Great access to the beach! I would definitely stay again. Loved the location and house.

Great experience

Our family stayed here over the week of July 4th. Three adults and three kids under 6. Very clean and recently renovated by the look of it. Golf cart was a huge plus. Highly recommend, we will stay here again during our next visit to Surfside!

From the heartland to the ocean

Loved our stay. The home was exceptional. Decorated beautifully and still had a comfy feeling. Made us feel right at home. Loved the lanai especially as it is screened in. And with the beach a short ways away, the golf cart was so convenient. We have family in Murrell's Inlet so we loved the location. When we visit again, we will definitely request this same home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

Tomasko’s Vacation

This is a beautiful beach house. We had everything we needed. My grand daughters enjoyed the screened in porch reading, playing games or watching swans, geese or turtles on the canal. Lovely fire pit area (if we had cooler nights we would have utilized this feature). Highly recommend. Owner promient in communication through out the process.

Amazing vacation rental

Dennis and Wendy have thought of everything! The rental is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and so comfortable. It really feels like home away from home! Dennis was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The lanai was on of our family's favorite place to hangout. The kids loved seeing the geese, turtles and swans in the morning and it was so peacefully beautiful to relax out there in the evenings. The location of the rental in proximity to the pool and beach was perfect and having the golf cart made it so easy to get around. We are so looking forward to coming back! 10/10 highly recommend staying here!

A True Gem

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. You can tell it was carefully updated and thoughtfully set up. Dennis and Wendy were wonderful and quick to respond to questions, even over the Holiday. The home was extremely clean and inviting. I hope future renters treat it with the respect it deserves. Having the included golf cart was a nice touch for evening Christmas light tours. Thank you for sharing Captains Quarters with us. We will try to rent again on our next visit.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. We've already got our stay booked for next Summer!The first thing you notice is how nice and clean the outside of the house is. From the road it looks like many other houses, but when you go to the back, it has a well-kept outside patio area with a gas fire-pit and grill. The water is right there and the strip of land between the house and water is landscaped and looks nice. You can tell that Dennis and Wendy take incredible pride in their home, both inside and out.We chose the house because of the pictures listed on Vrbo, but honestly they don't do it justice. When you go inside you are struck by how clean it is and how intentional the decorating is. It had a wonderful beachy but classy look. It is so pretty on the inside. There's so much I want to say that won't fit into a 1500 character review. Just so many things that make your stay more enjoyable. And the screened in porch...amazing. Again, a classy space and we could've spent all our time out there. With the fan and breeze it was just nice to be out there and we spent most evenings playing games out there and chatting. And as hosts, Dennis and Wendy are the best! They have a TV on the porch outside and when we went to use it I noticed a large crack. I text him about it to let him know and he had a new one set up within an hour.Thank you Dennis and Wendy for sharing your home with us and we look forward to visiting it for many Summers to come!

Community is Gated with 24 hour security and so close to the beach you can hear the waves at night. So much to do, swimming, fishing and enjoying a family Golf cart ride to our private beach access !

Totally renovated home on a Quiet cul-de-sac with the best Lanai to enjoy your stay rain or shine. Sit by the Fire pit and enjoy your favorite drink. Its really like being at home and your kids wont want to leave.
