Designed for large groups and multi-family stays, this waterfront home includes a complimentary 4-seat golf cart for a quick 5-minute ride to the ocean. Unwind with resort-style community pool access, a private outdoor shower, and an outdoor griddle for family cookouts. Featuring two separate living areas and a fully equipped chef's kitchen, everyone in your party of 12 has room to relax.

Everything is brand new, designed so you can "travel light" while we provide the luxury—from the furniture to the high-end appliances.

Climate-Controlled Sunroom: Relax in our stunning, fully climate-controlled sunroom overlooking the peaceful backyard lake. It’s the perfect, comfortable spot to watch the ducks or gather in the evening for famous South Carolina sunsets, no matter the weather.

Outdoor Living: Step out onto the deck to soak up the rays. We’ve provided a high-top table with 2 swivel bar chairs for sunset drinks, and 4 additional deck chairs.

Master: 1 King Bed + Private Office Space (with 1Gbps Fiber Internet!) + full bathroom with double vanity sinks.
Guest Room 2: 1 Full Bed + 1 Twin Bed.
Guest Room 3: 1 Bunk Bed (Twin Over Full).
Guest Room 4: 1 Queen Bed.
Living Area: 1 Queen-sized Sealy Sleeper Sofa.
Comfort: Ceiling fans in every bedroom and both living areas.
Guest bathroom: Bathtub with single vanity sink

Dual Refrigerators: Never run out of space! We have a full kitchen fridge plus a dedicated beverage refrigerator on the front porch for easy access to drinks.

The "Mega" Kitchen: Features an oversized sink, Keurig & Drip Duo coffee station, and a big island with 4 stools. On the deck there is a Blackstone Griddle with utensils

Dining: Two large indoor tables—one seating 8 and the other seating 10.

Laundry: Brand-new Washer & Dryer Tower inside the home.

Private Spa Rinse: Rinse off in our hot and cold outdoor shower, tucked inside the carport for maximum privacy.

Transport: A complimentary 4-passenger Golf Cart

The Gear: Sturdy beach wagon, cooler, 12 Beach Chairs, 2 Umbrellas, 2 Mats, and sand toys.

The Water: Located right next to a catch-and-release fishing lake (don't forget to bring your fishing poles) and a short ride to the community pools and beach.

Resort-Style Amenities & Sports
Enjoy access to 2 Outdoor Pools with hot tub and kids splash pad area. 1 Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub. We provide Pickleball/Tennis gear, Basketball,Volleyball, Football and Soccer balls for the community courts, plus a brand-new playground and gym. We also provide a full set of Cornhole.

**House Rules & Stay Details**
Check-in/out: 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM (Smart Lock entry).
Golf Cart: Operators must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
Policy: Quiet hours 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No pets allowed.
Please be respectful of neighbors.
*Strict maximum occupancy-no exceptions.
*Guest agrees to use the Property solely for short-term residential lodging and not for commercial use, filming, parties/events, or unlawful activity. The following are strictly prohibited:
Smoking, vaping, drug use or possession.
Firearms or weapons.
Unregistered guests or gatherings. Any unregistered guest will be asked to leave.
Any activity that violates local ordinances or community HOA rules.
*Primary renter must be 25+ and remain on the property for the entire stay.
*5 exterior cameras monitor the property 24/7. Locations include the main entrance/driveway, carport/street, left side (wooden stairs), right side (vinyl stairs), and the shed area. Cameras are strictly outward-facing; no interior spaces are recorded or visible. Security Equipment Policy: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, all exterior cameras and Wi-Fi equipment must remain active and unobstructed at all times. Any tampering with these devices will result in immediate eviction from the premises.
*Guest agrees to treat the Property with respect and shall be held liable for any damage caused by themselves or their invitees. Any maintenance issues or safety concerns must be reported to the Host immediately. Host reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required due to guest negligence.

**Note for guest**
As soon as the guest checks in, either with the security guard or at the main office (600 Oceandrive Drive, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576) they will provide a hang tag that you must display at all times on the rear view mirror.
Additionally, to access the automated gates and private beach parking lot with a golf cart or personal car, guests must purchase a key card for $30 (cash only) at the Oceanside Village main office.
You will receive $10 back once the key card is returned at the end of your stay, and it will be mailed to you.

Guests have private access via keypad to the entire home, backyard, shed, parking for 3 cars max, (overflow parking available within walking distance) Golf cart included (Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 and must sign a waiver); for use in Oceanside Village and beach parking lot only. If used outside OSV, privileges will be revoked!)
Full access to the community amenities (the fitness center requires an additional $30 per week fee, and guests must be at least 16 years old.)

Once the reservation is approve guest will receive a rental agreement that must be filled out and signed with all their personal and vehicle information so the main office can give them access to the community. This agreement must be signed within 48hrs. (This is required by the HOA)
