I grew up going to this area and staying at various cabins on the lake, and I can say without question that this is the best one we’ve ever stayed at. It was immaculate inside, very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies, towels, e erythropoietin f you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The in-town host was amazing, we loved her so much!! The owner was also fabulous - they both checked in several times throughout our stay and genuinely cared about us being able to enjoy our vacation. I can’t say enough good about our experience. We were sad to leave. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property - we can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been coming to Sandpoint for 20 years and for the last 4 years we have been lucky enough to rent this house. There is no better place to bring your family than this rental. It is extremely close to town and offers the lake life that my family loves. Dealing with the owners/management company feels like you are dealing with a high end concierge service. Any issues we have had were handled day of and the communication is second to none. This is the only house I will ever rent when we come to Sandpoint! We look forward to many more years to come renting here!

This property is so nice! It’s really well appointed and super clean. We had everything we needed and more in the kitchen, and everywhere in the house, really. The location is great. It takes maybe 10 minutes to get into downtown Sandpoint. The deck had incredible views of the lake and a grill (which we appreciated). We watched the sunrises and sunsets from comfortable patio furniture, and it seemed like every day we had eagles fly close by. The property manager and host couldn’t have been nicer. We felt like guests, not vacation renters. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, it was that great. We didn’t use the hot tub though. Next time! A perfect stay. Thank you!

A Great House with Great Location

This house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The lake views are stunning both inside and outside the home. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the quiet beauty but also ventured to the beach and dock area for fun. The owner and associate were engaged but not intrusive making check in/out a breeze. Great house with an absolutely beautiful view! Very spacious. House was well insulated and they were blankets everywhere which made it very cozy. It was meant to be a ski trip but they didn’t get enough snow on Schweitzer so we ended up staying in the house most of the week and it was lovely. Only a little out of the way from Sandpoint but easy to get to. Very attentive and helpful property manager and host. I would love to come during the summer!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our time at Eagles Landing. The property had everything we needed. The only thing they could do is put up some drapes in the primary to keep the sun from coming in at 5am! I'm a very light sleeper so was less than ideal not having the option to close heavy blinds/drapes. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic.

Hello Blaine, We were so pleased to have your family stay at our Lakeplace. The morning lake view & sunrise is certainly vibrant and stunning from the master bedroom however the light filtering electric shades still allows light in as the sun rises. We appreciate your suggestion to add a second window treatment for those who prefer complete blackout. Your input helps us continuously improve, and we'll certainly take it into consideration. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Amazing Stay at the Luxury Property!

Our family had an incredible week stay at this luxury VRBO! We chose this property as it had everything we needed and was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated and furnished with all the modern amenities we needed for a relaxing stay - even an air fryer! It was well-maintained inside and out and the grounds and landscaping were well done. The dock and beach were a wonderful playland - we fished off the dock, the kids swam on the beach, and we took in the peaceful atmosphere using the firepit and the many lounge chairs on the dock, and upper and lower decks. It was so nice to enjoy the hot tub with the view of the lake. The lakefront property offered stunning lake views from most everywhere and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We were pleasantly secluded with the double lot and did not see any neighbors the entire trip. We were close to downtown Sandpoint, just across the bridge, to take in the amazing restaurants and shopping. But, we spent most of our days lounging at the house as it was so inviting and accommodating. It was the perfect mix of nature and comfort so exactly what our family was looking for. The host, Michele, and manager, Britten, were very responsive throughout the entire process. We highly recommend staying at this lovely home - you will not be disappointed!
