Summary:
This tall standing apartment complex provides a superior location in the heart of the Central West End, surrounded by a plethora of businesses and main attractions to St. Louis, such as Forest Park! This historic structure has been renovated into a charming apartment complex. It is a special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

All of our units are pet-friendly. We do request a $100 pet cleaning fee deposit of which $50 is refundable upon checkout.

The Space:
Traveling should be enjoyable and simple. THE STAY will do everything we can to help achieve that for you.

The Neighborhood:
The pedestrian-friendly Central West End is nestled between Forest Park and the Saint Louis University campus, just west of downtown. The Washington University School of Medicine, the BJC Healthcare campus, the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and the Cortex Innovation Community, a national leader in technology startups, are all nearby.

The CWE business district is just under a mile long on Euclid and is ideal for walking the entire length. The district is home to over 75 restaurants, bars, and businesses that will fill any vacation itinerary. Take the MetroLink light rail from downtown to the Central West End station.

Getting Around:
This is a very walkable neighborhood, but there are bus stops nearby, and you can take the Metrolink downtown for a visit to the Arch or a Cardinals/Blues game! Laclede Cab and St. Louis County & Yellow Cab are our two main cab companies for getting around town by car. There are also UBER and LYFT.

The location of this apartment is excellent with walking access to a number of restaurants and attractions in the central west end. The tenants largely communicated well and in a timely fashion. We were, however, disappointed by a number of things during our stay: - Check in was advertised as 3pm but instructions were not provided until 3:40 - The unit has no inside dead bolt or other means of locking the door from inside while present - The provided linens and towels were quite worn with stains on the sheets and towels and what appeared to be small burn marks on the comforter - We had significant issues with water pressure and temperature - 2 adults were unable to shower back to back with consistent hot water - It was relatively warm, but not hot, outside during our visit and the AC seemed to have trouble keeping up. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, but it does not work with the light out. Overall this apartment served its purpose for a quick stay, but we spent minimal time there and would not book again.

Great location, comfortable stay.

Conveniently located near Barnes-Jewish in a quiet residential neighborhood in the CWE. Very affordable and comfortable accommodation. Responsive management. Great choice for the area, and would definitely book again.

Cute place, great location

We chose this apartment because the location was convenient to places we wanted to go in St. Louis. It was perfect - very walkable neighborhood just about a block behind the Basilica. Such beautiful historic homes and buildings in the area! Apartment was just the right size for 2 people. Nicely updated with cute vintage-style decor, tons of natural light. All the neighbors we met were super friendly. We had to call property manager three times because I’m somewhat tech challenged and every time, she was helpful and so kind.

Charming location, comfortable stay

This is a great value in an excellent neighborhood. Cute little apartment, conveniently located in the CWE near Barnes-Jewish. Quiet and comfortable. Was happy to call this “home” for a week, and will be returning. Management was also very responsive and helpful with any inquiries.
