The Space:

As you enter the home you will find a storage closet directly ahead of the door offering a convenient space to unload your outdoor gear. On the ground level of the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms offering a quiet place to rest separate from the main living space. The first bedroom is a well-decorated and intimate space, with 3 windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a cushioned bench, and a 5-drawer dresser. A spacious closet offers added storage space in the room so you can easily unpack your personal items. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second bedroom, a spacious room with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is located across the hallway from the two bedrooms offering convenient access for the guests of the bedrooms. The bathroom features a modern single-sink vanity with storage space, and a stand-in shower with a sliding glass door. Rounding out the lower level is a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can easily keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Just steps away from the table is the kitchen, an intimate and efficient space to prepare meals or quick snacks in. The kitchen includes like-new appliances and all the basic cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal, perfect for those times when you don’t want to stay in and cook. A full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo is situated near the kitchen and living room. A spiral metal staircase in the living/dining room takes you up to a cozy loft space where you will find a comfortable sleeper sofa.

Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and feature a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage.

Guests will have access to the whole home, one parking space in the parking garage, as well as access to a hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
