The Space:

Fantastically located right at the base of Park City Mountain, this two-story condo enjoys unbeatable access to the lifts, summer and winter recreation, and a host of on-site amenities waiting downstairs.



This second-floor condo sits within steps of the Payday Express Lift, the Crescent Hi-Speed Quad Lift, and the alpine slide and coaster. There's an ice skating rink just below your balcony, as well as a pool, hot tubs, a ski locker room, meeting rooms, and underground parking on the grounds. Historic Main Street and its famous restaurants, galleries, and boutiques is less than three-quarters of a mile away.



This condo spans 1,000 square feet, with hooks for your coats and a washer/dryer greeting you after a day of adventure. The lofty living space is full of sunlight, offering a gas fireplace, a smart cable TV mounted to the stacked-stone hearth, and glass doors connecting to a balcony with a view of the ski slopes and ice rink.



Back inside, there's a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built-in breakfast nook, as well as a second area to curl up for a movie upstairs in the loft (which doubles as the second bedroom). Central AC, complimentary WiFi, and a primary suite with balcony access and its own TV are provided as well.

Great Location!

The lodge was really cute, comfy mattress, well stocked kitchen, super clean. We loved all the games that were there. Will definitely come back.

We had a good family visit over Thanksgiving. This is a nice unit that is well maintained. It is well situated. The snow wasn’t there yet but that’s not the condo’s fault.

This was our first time in Park City and we were very happy with the condo. It was in a great location and was advertised perfectly. It fit our family of four with room to spare and I was appreciative for how clean and up to date the unit was. We will definitely come back again.

It was so clean! We loved all the extras- blankets in the living room, amazing smelling soaps, plenty of towels, beds had clean, crisp sheets. We loved our stay.

Great Location

Great location and bus service is right at your door if you do not have a car. The place was clean and plenty of towels, etc... It would be nice if they had a little booklet of restaurants and other local and condo stuff.

Amazing location!

This was our second year at the property, and we love it. The location can't be beat, the furnishings are updated, and the place is clean and well furnished. Our only - very small - request would be for blinds in the living area. But that is a very minor suggestion for a terrific place!

Perfect little getaway

This was a perfect place for a quick girls weekend. Everything was wonderful and clean. Couldn't figure out the fireplace but other than that it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Great condo!

The location was great. We rode the buss and it was super easy. The home was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was lots of places were closed until June due to it was between seasons. Will schedule after June 1st next time.

Great location! Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and functional. The location was perfect! The elevator from the parking garage wasn't working, but the unit wasn't too far from where we were able to park, so it wasn't bad. The hot tub in our building also wasn't open, which was a bummer, but overall not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, decent place but not the best

Locations great, bed was new and incredibly hard, was decently clean but definitely could have been improved, balcony had some incredibly sharp edges that cut me and family, the comforter actually had stains of some sort on it, I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

We had a terrible check-in experience as we didn't received the information until I had to call in to the management asking where the property and access information which was then emailed to me. The information provided was confusing as the property was under construction which was never mentioned to us prior to arrival or booking. There was a lack of communication and it made the arrival confusing. Additionally, due to the construction, the property had placed signs stating that the Garage was Closed and when entering the garage it was taped and coned off which made us believe we could not park there. We chose alternate parking near the property which ultimately got our vehicle towed. Regarding the unit itself. It was clean but there were areas overlooked along with sheets/blankets that were not cleaned form a previous guest and when pulled out spread dirt and grass all over the unit. Luckily we spent little time within the unit. The biggest issue was the lack of communication about the construction and what was accessible to a guest. This information may have changed the experience or possible location of where we chose to stay. When speaking to the management company on the day of checkout, i was told I would get a call back about the issues. I got a text almost 12 hours later. With better communication and instructions, this all could have been easily avoidable.

Great location but lacks little things

Vacasa is not a good experience. Little amenities are lacking. Not a single box of tissues. No salt and pepper. Two of three TV's dont work. Vacasa ghosted on solving the TV issue.The location is perfect.
