Outside find a gorgeous meadow with just a short 2 minute walk to the lake shore where you will find access to the longest pier on the Lake--perfect for watching the sun set or rise. The property also offer access to tennis pickleball and a heated swimming pool!
Also enjoy a private walking path along the lake that leads you into downtown Tahoe City. Tahoe City offers all the services one might need; grocery store, restaurants including fine dining, salons, spas, yoga studio, kayak/paddleboard and mountain bike rentals. In Tahoe city you can also rent boats, find great shopping, art galleries and a maritime museum! The best summer activities are only a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive from this home. Tahoe Tavern is truly the premier destination of Lake Tahoe!

All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation. Upon arrival, there will be another agreement the homeowner's association requires.
