When you aren't utilizing the fabulous amenities on hand, take a quick walk to one of the city's popular eateries, or take a quick drive to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Wizard Quest, Wisconsin Deer Park, Rick Wilcox Magic Theater, and Noah's Ark Waterpark. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

High ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and ample natural lighting create an inviting home ambiance. The living room offers a warm space to gather in front of a large TV and fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of major appliances and plenty of meal prep space for stress-free home cooking.

A magnificent perk of the condo is its expansive jetted tub - an excellent end-of-day unwinder. The rest of the condo features equally inviting bedrooms all cooled by central air-conditioning, and sizable bathrooms. Internet and washer/dryer access tie together the fabulous interior amenities.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
