The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Guests appreciate the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom Unit. It is easily accessible from the upper parking lot by just 4 steps. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the Lake's main channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living areas. Enjoy the Large-Screen HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Grill is awaiting your Barbeque on the Deck.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable King and Queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and TV's. The spacious 4th bedroom is located in the Loft and is set-up with a Queen sized Bed and also a Full over Full Bunk Bed. There is a TV and ceiling fan in the 4th bedroom as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 12 with a mix of adults and children. For all-adult groups, we recommend a maximum of 8 to 10.

BOATERS: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Plenty of room for the whole family. Kids loved having their own space upstairs. The large table on the deck was a nice addition. The place was clean, and well maintained. We had a great time.

Perfect for our LOTO stay

The property was just as described, clean, and spacious enough for our family of 4 along with my parents. Having the catwalk to access the unit was ideal for my elderly parents as well. The complex was perfect for us to enjoy beach time and pool time with the rest of our group also staying in units at The Ledges. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Family Vacation

Condo was very nice, we really enjoyed the deck and grill area. Pools were nice and we spend a couple of days at the beach area. Pictures make the condo rooms look a little bigger than they are, but we made it work. Jason was good to respond if needed.

Awesome lake house for a cozy trip

My friends and I loved our stay at Jason’s house. The view to the lake was awesome with a spacious balcony to have meals and chat. Jason is a very responsive host - we felt that whatever issue occurred, it could be sorted out shortly. I will recommend Jason’s house to my friends and we hope to come back there one day!

Appealing to the eye, but lacks luster

Having the catwalk to entry of the condo was a huge plus, it was very nice not having to deal with a lot of stairs. Upon entry things appeared to be clean. The kitchen is roomy, has lots of counter space. Having a large island was nice b/c there is no dining table. We also liked that there was a huge patio table on the balcony that everyone could sit together at, only downside to that is there is no balcony cover. There are plenty of beds to sleep in, so 8 of us were very comfortable. As we got settled in we started to notice how filthy things were. Every floor mat in the place looked like it hadn't been washed once this year, every vent had dust caked on them, there were lots of cobwebs full of bugs up in the corners of the vaulted ceiling, the kitchen trash can had something nasty dried up all down the outside of it, the dishes were d bathroom showers had mildew in all of the corners, the towels had a funny smell, and then there's the beds....the first pillow I grabbed from the queen in the loft had drool stains. Luckily there was an abundance of pillows b/c each one is about 3 inches thick so you to double up on them. The bedding definitely was not fresh (had a funny smell). After 3 nights stay, we were striping the beds per the departing instructions. This was a big mistake. The mattresses appear to be very old. I dont say this b/c of the lovely floral pattern, but b/c they are dirty and dingy. The topper... the HEAVELY BLOODIED MATTRESS in one of the downstairs bedrooms

There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
