Welcome to Destin Retreat! This spacious and remodeled home offers Gulf views of the crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast. This home is located across from the beach within the charming Crystal Beach community and offers easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin.

✹ This across from the beach home was completely remodeled in 2022 and features Gulf views from the living spaces, master bedroom, and two patios
✹ Private heated pool: there is a private, heated pool in the fully-fenced backyard. Unlike other nearby rentals, heating the pool is free! Around the pool, there are lounge chairs, and a large gas grill.
✹ Convenient beach access: multiple Crystal Beach access points are a short walk (less than 500 feet) from Destin Haven
✹ Three king bedrooms: there are 3 king bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms - perfect for families or 3 couples!

Each bedroom was designed to give you a relaxing and private experience. No matter where you lay your head, you can look forward to comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, and gorgeous views. Each bathroom is sparkling clean and carefully decorated to provide a charming space to freshen up.

Destin Haven is located in the charming community of Crystal Beach known for its cottage style homes, no high-rise condos, and sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

Many restaurants within walking distance including:

✹ The Crab Trap, Camille's at Crystal Beach, Beach Walk Café, Pazzo Italiano, Miller's Ale House, Ruby Slipper Café, Marble Slab Creamery, Horizon's and the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson Resort are all within 1 mile away
✹ Destin Commons is ~1.2 miles away and is a large outdoor shopping, dining, and attractions complex. Some of the dining favorites include:

✹ No smoking
✹ No parties or loud music - occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - in the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Pet rules: a maximum of two, small (<30 lbs) dogs are allowed. Pets must be kept off all furniture, $100 pet fee per pet (this goes directly to my cleaner), and please pick up after your dog. We love traveling with our dog, and when we do, we are always respectful of the property owner's pet rules. I kindly ask that you do the same.
✹ Cancellation policy: one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
✹ Please note: in the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
