« It is a non smoking building, we don’t allow smoking and neither does the management. There are however tenants who smoke and the management takes action accordingly, although it takes time with lease ending for these troubling tenants. For this reason sometimes the hallway smells like smoking, management does take action against these tenants. We do not issue refund if it smells like smoking in the hallways. Our units are under our control, other apartments are not under our control. Please note this while booking.
