Hi Lauren, thanks for taking the time to share these details. Feedback like this genuinely helps us improve. We did want to clarify a few things for future guests reading this too. Check-in has always been set at 4pm on our end. We've flagged a this technical issue to Vrbo which shows a different time from what we have set, and we're sorry for any confusion that it caused. In the interim, we have added the check in time to the description so future guests are aware. We sent over the pack n play's location before your stay via direct message. We really appreciate you flagging the shower curtains. That's the first time we've had that note and we've already followed up with our cleaner. Every stay includes starter supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, 3-in-1 shampoo/body wash/bubble bath, laundry detergent, and basic cooking staples), and our fitness equipment, including yoga mats, free weights, and a pull-up bar, are shown in the listing photos. The yoga mat you referenced seeing is directly next to the pack n play you were unable to locate.. We are at the property often. Due to back-to-back bookings and our family being on vacation during your stay, we were unable to overnight the mouthguard you had left as you had requested. The front door doesn't have an exterior deadbolt, but the interior mudroom doors do. We just needed a bit more info from you after you inquired about locking those doors, but did not receive a response to our message.
