The Space:
The apartment is characterized for being modern and cozy, with contemporary and Mexican-inspired furniture. Guest Access:
You will have full and exclusive access to the apartment. The identity document of each adult of the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.
Other Things to Note:
To use the washer and dryer service there is an extra charge depending on the amount of clothes to be washed and it is done by our cleaning staff.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have total privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
