Access for Guests:

The unit is equipped with a smart door lock, allowing you to enter by entering a personalized code valid for your stay. You can conveniently check-in independently anytime after 2 pm. Pay parking is available within the development.

Important Check-In Information:
Upon check-in, our receptionist will request a valid ID or passport from all guests, which will be held at the reception in exchange for a Guest Pass. This standard practice in Manila condominiums enhances the safety and security of all residents and guests. Rest assured, you can retrieve your ID whenever you leave the building.

Please note that there is a swimming pool fee per guest as follows:

Weekdays & Weekends: Php 150
Holidays: Php 300

To reserve, kindly approach the pool attendant on level 8 and pay at the admin office in the basement.

At Air Residences, the initial 3 hours of parking are priced at Php 50, followed by Php 20 per hour for subsequent hours.

Meanwhile, The Rise applies a rate of Php 60 for the first 2 hours, with a Php 20 charge per hour for each additional hour.

Discover convenience at Air Mall and Savemore Supermarket with the added benefit of 24/7 pay parking. For your essential needs or a delightful meal, you won't need to venture far. Air Mall spans the ground and second floors of Air Residences, seamlessly connected to the Assembly Grounds Mall of The Rise. Explore a range of shops and dining options, each offering a diverse selection.

Air Mall welcomes you from 10 am to 8 pm, and Savemore Supermarket is ready to serve you from 8 am to 9 pm. For those arriving by car, take advantage of the 24/7 pay parking facilities available at both Air Residences and The Rise (the adjacent building to Air Residences).

For the safety and security of everyone at Air Residences, we request a copy of one valid government-issued ID for each guest.
Local guests may provide a local ID, and foreign guests should present their passport.

After completing your booking, kindly send us copies of the mentioned documents promptly, preferably at least two days before your scheduled check-in, to facilitate a smooth check-in process and avoid any complications.

Upon receipt of the documents, we will proceed to secure your guest authorization form/entry permit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

House Rules:
At Air Residences, we prioritize your comfort and enjoyment. To maintain a safe and harmonious environment, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. No smoking is permitted within the building, inside the unit, or on the balcony.
2. Respect the noise curfew from 10 pm onwards for everyone's peaceful sleep.
3. Parties or similar events are not allowed inside the unit.
4. Avoid hanging clothes or items on the balcony.
5. Dispose of trash, especially food leftovers and takeaway containers, in the Garbage Room near the elevator.
6. Maintain the cleanliness of our bedding by refraining from consuming food or drinks inside the bedroom.
7. Conserve energy and ensure safety by turning off all appliances when leaving the unit. Don't forget to turn off the stove after cooking.
8. While we adore furry friends, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building.
9. To maintain optimal toilet functionality and prevent inconvenience, please use the provided bin for disposing of used toilet paper instead of flushing it.
10. Kindly remove your shoes upon entering our unit and place them in the designated area near the door.
11. We value our furnishings, and we appreciate your care. Any damages incurred will be subject to corresponding charges.
12. The presence of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
