Our girls weekend here was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, the home was spotless, and felt so welcoming. Every detail had clearly been thought through, making it the perfect place to relax, laugh, and make unforgettable memories together.The space was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a fun and stress free stay. We loved spending time together, whether we were enjoying coffee in the mornings, getting ready for a night out, or winding down after a day of exploring. The location was ideal very close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and private.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one absolutely did.If you’re planning a girls’ getaway, family trip, or weekend with friends, don’t hesitate to book this property. We left with amazing memories and are already talking about coming back. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful property with very responsive host/owner (Anna&Josh). Ran into a few bumps but property management did their best to ensure things were dealt with appropriately and quickly as possible (over a holiday weekend).

The house has great amenities for a family vacation. The pool , game room and hot tub offered something for everyone in our group. The property has great potential however it is not well maintained. Broken furniture pieces were sitting outside, cabinets were filthy , floors broken , screens broken , doors never cleaned, shower heads filthy etc. nothing a weekend and elbow grease couldn’t handle. We were disappointed in the state of the home BUT - the host was very very responsive and addressed anything that could be addressed quickly to help us enjoy our stay. They provide poolside chairs after we discovered there were only a 4 outdoor stackable chair for our group of 10 , grill cleaner and an outdoor table after we contacted them. We did have to go and buy towels and wash clothes for our family and used paper plates we bought all week as there were minimal plates and bowls We made the best of the situation and was still able to enjoy our time together. This house could be great and I hope the owners put attention to the issues for future guests.

Location and property grounds are fantastic. Lots of room for kids to run around and explore. Communication with the host was very easy and they were quick to help with anything asked. Quiet, secluded property at the end of a long driveway. I wouldn’t call it a negative but if I could offer constructive criticism, I’d recommend the owner place some blankets on the sofas and chairs. It would have been nice to cover up on the couches but we couldn’t find any extra blankets. This didn’t hinder the great time we had tho

Nice house with pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and towels for the six of us. The pool was a game changer with temperature hovering around the century mark. Hot tub was an added bonus. Chuck, the owner, always responded quickly to all of our questions. Grocery and other stores nearby in easy driving distance.

I first want to start with the good. I had an amazing weekend with my friends. The host was very responsive, usually within minutes of me reaching out. The check-in process was very easy. The house is huge and, even with 8 of us, there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition.We had several issues with the cleanliness of the home though. The bedspreads smelled dusty and like they hadn't been washed. The showers had mildew stains & the one in the master bedroom didn't have hot water. The grill had molded meat in it from the last guest that used it and we ended up having to go to Walmart and buy a new grill. The refrigerator had crumbs, food particles and some type of spilled liquid on the shelves and in the drawers so we had to do a little cleaning before we could even put our groceries away. We were told the garbage cans were by the garage and we should leave the garbage there but they weren't there. We saw cans at the end of the road but weren't sure they belonged to that house and were hesitant about touching something that belonged to a neighbor so that was a little confusing. I spoke to the host about the issues, some during the stay, some after, and he basically just said I should've told him while I was there so he could send someone to re-clean while we were there. I didn't know that was an option but it is what it is. It seems that the host is trusting someone else to care for the property that is not doing what he expects.

Hidden Gem With Lots of Outdoor Space

This private VRBO was the perfect place to host a get together of long time friends. We had a great time using the pool and the grounds had a lot of space for badminton, volleyball, and bocce ball. The inside was great for hosting, with a large dining room table and fully dedicated game room. Our group had an absolute blast using all these unique and fun amenities. There were a handful of minor things that kept this place from being rated 5-stars. The pool and hut tub area needs a lot of upkeep - the stones surrounding the area had lots of trash, including cigarette butts and the occasional piece of broken glass. The wooden lounge chairs were rotted and worn down, with exposed screw points. The picnic table had a lot of holes and mold on it. Many of the outdoor outlets did not work. Regardless of these issues, we enjoyed the pool to the fullest. We just moved the broken items out of the way and stayed aware of where we were walking without shoes. We also had some confusion trying to sleep 9 people, as the extra cots and blankets seemed spread about in different locations (no written instructions were provided when we arrived). But we eventually figured it out. All-in-all, I was very pleased with our stay. The host was communicative and the location was extremely quiet/private. I would consider re-booking this for future summer trips.

First, the pics shown in the rental listing make the home look better than it is. It’s very dated. No one met us at the home on day 1 to show us around and make sure we understood how things worked and that the house was up to our satisfaction. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is what always happens. Also, the cleanliness of the home was subpar. There were insects in all the bathrooms. The master bathroom shower is very dated and has a slight mold. The light for the master bedroom didn’t work. You required an access code to change the thermostat; which was not provided. The rooms on the top level were boiling like a sauna because there was no air flow. The pool looked beautiful on day 1. After that, not so much. The water went from full to half full in a day and half. They did send the pool guy to check it out, but he didn’t do anything to fix the problem. The hot tub originally was dirty upon arrival. The pool guy came and put a ton of bleach in it which made it unusable as the bleach was too strong which made breathing difficult. The bottom step of the ladder leading into the pool was broke! This is very dangerous and one of us could have been seriously hurt. Apparently, the shower knob in the Master is positioned backwards and hot is cold and cold is hot. There was no warning regarding this and I didn’t find out until the handyman came by after we had put in a call about the water. I ran out of room listing all my disappointments about this property.
