Come to Lakeland & relax in this comfortable, secluded condo in the heart of downtown Lakeland that rests between Orlando and Tampa. It's close to restaurants, bars, lakes, Legoland and other major theme parks in nearby cities, and hospitals which makes it great for traveling healthcare workers. Enjoy private boat ramp access to Lake Bentley with reserved parking, and a pool. Inside the condo enjoy fast WiFi, boardgames, reading material, & Hulu and Paramount+ subscriptions. Enjoy it all here!
The space
The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, a microwave, a coffee station and more. The dining area has a table where the height can be adjusted and two bar stools equipped with foot rests. The height on the bar stools are also adjustable. The modern living room has a flat screen TV, a three seater couch, an accent chair, reading materials and board games. Games include Jenga, Connect 4, Dominos, Sorry, Chess, Checkers, two 300 piece puzzles and more. Fast WiFi to surf the web or stream along with Hulu and Paramount+ subscriptions are available. The patio area with two chairs and a small end table can be accessed through the living room via the sliding glass door. The half bathroom is located down stairs. The full bathroom and two bedrooms are located upstairs. The linen closet with extra towels and linens, an iron, and a first aid kit are at the top of the stairs. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, storage space, and an extra blanket located at the top of the closet. Toiletries and cleaning materials are also provided.

The condo and all general areas are available for use including 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, the kitchen and dining area, the living room, and the back patio area accessed from inside the home via the sliding glass door.

Just the quiet spot we were looking for

This little townhouse was perfect for our trip.We were visiting family in Tampa but flew in to Orlando. An easy 1 hour ride from Orlando airport and an hour or so away from most of the attractions in Tampa with none of the hectic buzz of thousands of people. Townhouse was clean and well stocked. Minutes from Groceries, wawa, gas and other restaurants. Easy access to major highways. My only negative impression I had was the pool area, chairs were beyond old and the area was not to my standards of cleanliness. This is probably a property thing and nothing to do with the host who is amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Shekinah was gracious and non judgmental about the whole incident. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great place!

We loved our short stay! The place was perfect for us to visit our son at college. Clean, close to lots of food and restaurants. The place had everything we wanted and the complex was great. I was even surprised for how quiet it wA given that it was in a condo complex. We will for sure consider returning when visiting our son next year.

Great Stay

The place was exactly as pictured and in a great location. It had everything that I needed and Shekinah was always great at responding promptly!

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, fishing with my husband, and work. Lol, yes, I am enjoy working and usually hold several jobs at once. Of course, that has slowed down a little since starting a family. I am passionate about people and customer service. Which is why I like being a host in addition to being a nurse. I get to serve and help make the most of your traveling experience, which is a reward in itself when I can say job well done. So, book with me and allow me to welcome you to my city and condo! :-)

Downtown Lakeland is the heart of the city. It's close to shopping, a few wineries, food, parks, hospitals for my traveling nurses, the Lakeland Air Museum and air show, Legoland, and more. It's also not too far from the interstate and big cities such as Tampa and Orlando and their amazing theme parks. It's the perfect spot for a 15-minute or slightly longer drive to Tampa or Orlando to enjoy a fun night out. This location presents various choices and options, yet it's secluded enough to enjoy some quality time with family and friends, to get away along and clear your head, or tuck away for or from work without any distraction. The choice is yours. :-)
