Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the view, and I’m sorry the unit felt tired and that you experienced several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We take these concerns seriously: the unlocked door on arrival, loose/moldy shower knob, non-adjustable fan, microwave problems, detached shower curtain rod, and oven temperature issue will all be inspected and addressed. We’ll arrange repairs or replacements as needed and schedule a deep clean to bring the unit up to our standards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — your notes will help us improve future stays.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback, Jason! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the amazing view and the convenient location. At Liquid Life, we want to ensure that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable stay. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the limited towels and starter supplies. We do provide a starter pack of essentials, and we appreciate your suggestion. It’s wonderful to know that despite these minor issues, you found the condo clean and would stay again. We look forward to hosting you again!
