The living area boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf through sliding glass doors, along with a 52-inch smart TV, wine bar, and electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Relax and unwind in style!

The Primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, and sliding glass doors leading directly to the balcony. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower, granite vanity, and new fixtures for added comfort and convenience.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, armoire, and large closet, while the third bedroom offers two Queen-sized beds, a dresser, and another large closet. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and ceiling fan for added comfort. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

Outside on the spacious balcony, you'll find two loungers, a coastal bar height tete-a-tete set, and a picnic-style table and chairs where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets.

Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, sleeper sofa, combo coffee maker, iron and ironing board, WiFi, DVD player, and board games for entertainment.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property does not offer monthly rentals.
