Families complained about the pool rules. Adults can get drunk. Kids can’t toss pool balls.

Thank you for staying at Tradewinds 701 and for the 4‑star review. I’m sorry there was frustration around the pool rules — they’re intended to keep everyone safe and comfortable (no rough play, no large airborne toys, no glass, and expectations for responsible alcohol use). I’ve shared your comments with our operations team and the condo association so they can review signage and enforcement to help avoid inconsistent experiences. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back.

WONDERFUL!!

This was one of our favorite condos that we have rented. Just big enough for us as a couple. The condo is decorated beautifully and very clean. Quiet, comfortable and great location! Would definitely recommend. We will be back!

We couldn’t have been happier. Girls trip of 4 for rest and relaxation. We arrived with a car full of groceries. Kitchen was stocked so well with everything we needed. Even has a nice large pantry. Decorated so cute and perfect space for 4 ladies. Amazing views. Steps to the beach. Nice pool with plenty of seating. Literally the only thing I could recommend is another chair in the living room. We will definitely be back to this unit again soon.

Birthday girls trip

The condo was amazing, very clean and centrally located to everything you need. Very quick to resolve any issues that came up (AC / toilet). My one and only complaint is that the 2nd bedroom needs black out curtains like the primary. I'd cone back for sure.

Condo was clean and had great views. Really only complaint was internet that would go in and out throughout the day. Wouldn’t be a big deal except that is how you watch tv. Other than that loved it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and those beautiful views. We apologize for the inconvenience with the internet connection — we know how important that is, especially since it’s used for streaming TV. We’ll be sure to look into this to improve the experience for future stays. We’re happy to hear you loved everything else and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Nice and Relaxing!

The property was great! Our only complaint concerns the master bathroom. The shower curtain was too long, and the water did not drain well. This wasn't a big deal since there were only three of us staying for three nights. We just used the other shower instead. Easy walk to the beach and lovely indoor/outdoor pool combo! Linens were clean, and the kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates, etc. Would stay here again!
