Thank you for staying at Turquoise Place 1502D. I’m very sorry your check‑in was delayed and that our registration wasn’t in place — that wait is unacceptable. We’re taking this seriously and have already begun: - Reviewing our check‑in and registration process with the front desk and our on‑call team. - Reinforcing the requirement to send registration information to the desk before guest arrival. - Implementing a faster escalation procedure so a manager responds immediately if the desk cannot confirm a reservation. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any additional details so we can review what happened and discuss an appropriate resolution. Your feedback helps us improve.
