Please be advised that Splash Resort is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when beach access, the pool, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. Construction work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-January through mid-February.
