Great for kids with the lazy river and water set. The young kids really enjoyed it. Easy access to ocean front. Nice size balcony with two bedroom condo.

This was the first time we stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The condo was super nice and spacious and my boys loved the splash pad area! (4 & 8 years old) My boys are already asking when can we come back! I can’t wait to book here again!

Relaxing getaway!

My family stayed at Anchors Away for spring break, the property looked exactly like the pictures provided. The property was clean and spacious, just enough room for our family of 5. Check in process was easy, we arrived a few hours early but we were able to get wrist bands for the pools and beach access was feet away. Wpuld definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary items were very necessary and helpful as we forgot a few things we needed that they wound up supplying which was super helpful for our stay. The only thing I would recommend them doing is leaving the broom out so guest have access to use it when necessary. Outside of that the kids had a blast using all of this condos amenities. This is the perfect family vacay spot when you have little ones. We will def be booking again next year!

Pleasantly Surprised

Fantastic stay at 706W in the Splash Resort. The elevators were busy at times but that is to be expected. The rooms were as advertised, no complaints at all. Clean space! If we could have stayed longer, we would have. Blue Swell was on point as well, no issues.

Beautiful view!

The view was great! The condo was small, but we made it work. The kids loved the water park & pools. The wait for the elevators was horrible. The elevators kept breaking down so we had to walk the 7 floors. My mom is elderly & it was difficult for her.

Condo was great. All appliances worked and in great shape. Some confusion on the WIFI password, Never could login to room WiFi but condo password worked ok. It was fine for email. Might have been an issue if this had been a working vacation. Splash was clean as always and staff was great. My second year at Splash . Booking third year as soon as my dates firm up. Beach Chairs are not included in this condo. My first year, (different Room) they were, this year they were not. At 60.00 per day for chairs i would have chosen a different room, that included beach service, But we still had a great trip. Splash is great for kids.

Splash Resort

We love staying at Splash Resort. The resort itself is always clean and friendly. Check in is easy. Customer service is great. The condo we stayed in was exactly what was stated on the listing. Clean. Great view. I requested extra sheets and towels and they weren’t forgotten about! With other rentals, I usually get texts about extending my stay or checking in about half way through the stay which I didn’t receive from Blue Swell. I wish I would’ve been contacted because we would’ve loved to extend our stay one more night. I tried calling but could not get through to anybody at the time. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed our stay. Only a couple issues. Guest bedroom closet smelled horrible. Our son and daughter in law could not even hang their clothes up in there. Pictures were taken off the wall and stacked in the smelly closet. Kitchen faucet was loose. Master bath should have a grab bar installed as it is a deep tub.

The condo was perfect. Loved the layout the master bedroom and bathroom were huge. Check in desk closed at 4pm the day we got there but we already had our room code so we just had to come back down the next morning and get a parking pass. Beware of the beach access it is a public beach access which was fine except both our kids shoes were stolen when they left them on the stairs so beware and don’t leave your shoes. The elevators are horrendously slow Especially during checking times. Other times of the day they are ok. We took the stairs a ton. Otherwise the pools are great, loved the location and the condo was clean and exactly as described.
