Spacious, bright 3-bedroom, Center of Town with Parking

The second floor of the Prince Albert Rose is dedicated The Basile Condo. Long-time artist and former owner of the property spent her days working on many of her works of art in her workshop. The apartment has everything you will need for your perfect Ptown vacation.
The Basile consists of two King bedrooms and 1 Full Bedroom. The Full bedroom has a private entrance. Premier mattresses and linens will entice sleep after each wonderful day in Ptown. You will wake refreshed and ready for the next adventure. One King room has a walk-in closet and a private balcony with water views. The apartment includes a large eat-in kitchen, one bathroom with large shower, a living room with dining area and a relaxing entertainment space. The common laundry and ice maker room can be found just outside this apartment. The apartment has AC, Smart TV's throughout and high-speed internet for your use.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you would ever think of needing to whip up that special vacation dining experience.
The apartment shares a large common deck, grilling area and lawn and gardens with other guests. Common Patio furniture and a fire pit are also available for you use.

Our stay was wonderful. The location could not be beat, close to all our favorite shops, restaurants and cocktail lounge. The unit was clean and included everything we needed. It was so easy to communicate with our host. He was incredibly responsive!

This traditional cape house apartment is tucked away and very calm and quiet while being a short walk from where the action is!The place is lovely and spacious and clean with plenty of out door space to recreate in. We were vey comfortable with 6 adults and had a wonderful time.Our host and his staff were extremely welcoming and responsive. We would go there again and hope to in the future!

The apartment had great space and 2 king sized beds with one room having a great walk in closet. Everything you need is in there and the bathroom is modern and large. Beach just across the street. The two ladies who live on the property were wonderful to work with.

First time in Ptown and could not have asked for a better place to stay! Rental was easy to locate, described accurately both in word and in photos, clean, quiet, and central to so much. The rooms were spacious and comfy, even the smallest of the three.If we had chosen to cook, etc. the kitchen would have met all our needs. Didn’t have a car but nice to know one can park a car here, provided you follow the clear instructions for navigating the lot with other guests’ cars. Paul was prompt, professional, and friendly in his communication. Not to mention patient with me via text when I couldn’t figure out the key lock (my fault). And he was quick to respond to a late night call about the power being out. If you seek spacious, clean, central, and worth every penny - look no further than here.

Proximity to everything was wonderful. Bedding was very clean. Once contact was made with owner, he was prompt but I had to ask for instructions to get into the facility. It was not sent prior to like stated. Glassware was not clean. Limited info on what was available to use like chairs or umbrellas, beach blanket, etc. living and dining furniture needs some TLC. Best place I have ever stayed provided very clear and helpful info about things available and where to find them ahead of time. Also a tips booklet of good things to try and do in the area would be nice. It was something visitors all added into. Lastly the upstairs neighbor was with a large dog that ran around at odd hours. Sounded like a kid jumping around a lot. Would go on and on. Very noisy. For the unique space and price the decor could be elevated to really make it special. Thank you for the opportunity to review.

Nice weekend stay

This place was great. I visited with my partner and two dogs. There was plenty of space in the apartment and back yard. Great location next to many restaurants and shops and easy communication with the host.

Sibling time

Had a wonderful weekend in PTown to celebrate our brother’s 60th birthday. The apartment was just perfect close to everything and very clean. Paul gave us very clear instructions on how to find the place, tucked away. We would book again.

Amazing spot for a getaway!

There are so many things we loved about our stay! The check in process was seamless and very clear. The unit was impeccably clean. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE!! The kitchen is well equipped, a delight to a group of foodies. The furniture is perfect, great for a movie night in. Everything was top notch. We are already planning our next visit!

Great space and great location

Excellent location near the center of Commercial St. Clean property with a good amount of space for the 5 people we had. Lots of accessories in the kitchen for cooking. Enough hot water for all of us to shower each morning which is always appreciated. Host responds quickly to messages.

Old Cape Cod Home Style

In a word comfortable. My 50th. year visiting Provincetown sharing a great visit with my husband and my sister. Great kitchen with lots of tools for any meal. Wonderfully comfortable beds! Excellent location convenient access to Commercial St. and good parking space at the property.

Our group of four enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom/1 bathroom located on the middle floor of a multi floor unit close to the library (east side of Ptown). No issues with noise from Communication with the host (Paul) was always quick. The house is a little bit off the main street but Paul provided clear instructions on how to find it from the road. We appreciated being able to drop our bags off early and then also check-in early once ready. We enjoyed the shared deck patio to meet our neighbours and also have views of the Pilgrim Monument for sunset photoshoots. There are two sets of a washer/dryer, ice machine, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas) available in a shared room with other guests. No issues with the wifi. There is A/C in each individual bedroom but no A/C in the main living space so we kept our bedroom doors open during hotter days to cool the place down. There is only 1 key available in a lock box outside the entrance which was not much of an issue as we kept it in the box at all times as our group was coming and going at various times throughout the day. We did have one issue of losing power when one circuit was running the 3 A/C units and an iron in the bedroom at the same time but this was fixed quickly by messaging Paul and we only used the iron in the living room/kitchen for the remainder of the trip.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The property is owned and managed by the Prince Albert Guest House. As such you will have access to the staff of the guesthouse between 9 am and 5 pm every day. You will also be provided a number to contact us after hours for any emergencies which might arise. The owner lives a short 10-minute walk away. We will always be there to help make your vacation everything you expect it to be and more.

Parking for 1 car is provided. You may be required to tandem park with another guest.
Your stay also comes with access to the Prince Albert Guest House facilities a short 10-minute walk to the West end. This includes daily happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for use. A bicycle rack and various outdoor seating areas can be found on the property. Access to an EV Charger is available.
