This apartment was so cool! We loved the old new england charm and how well they modernized it without making it feel uncharacteristic. Paul was clear with check in and out instructions and the stay was great. Perfect location too! We will definitely be back in the future

This property was fantastic! Well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to walk to everything! The owners helped us get in a little ahead of time, so we could make it to Carnival in full costume!

You can’t beat this location right behind the library! So close to great low tide beach walks and all the commercial street action. Great property with everything you need. Beautiful view of the pilgrim monument from the second floor porch and a nice quiet useable backyard away from the street. Enjoy your trip!

This apartment worked very well for our family of four. The slanted ceilings were a little challenging for everyone else but I’m five feet and it was fine for me. The driveway is narrow. Clean towels were abundant and the small kitchen had everything we needed and more. A good value literally steps from Commercial Street.

Awesome place to stay!

A super cute place to stay with the most wonderful lighting because of lots of windows and skylights. The beds were plush and the bedding was luxurious! Kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. The manager, Paul, was awesome with communication and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. Great location in Provincetown! Highly recommend!

A Good Night Sleep

Comfy beds, quiet location, safe and clean accommodations. Paul was an excellent host and quick to communicate when I had a question. Felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you Paul. It was a very special time.

Cozy stay with friends

A group of us decided to stay at this space and it ended up being perfect for what we needed. We were a large group and didn't mind sharing beds. We thought it was more spacious than the pictures showed. We cooked a few meals and used the grill with ease. AC units worked great, beds were comfortable, really no complaints at all. Paul was very responsive and accommodating.

Paul is the best hosts we have ever had in the 50+ years of vacationing in Ptown. He is so thoughtful and kind and has not missed any opportunity to make you feel home away from home. The unit is so comfortable, kitchen has high end appliances and small appliances included. Even quantity of towels and bedding, laundry option and the king size bed is sooo comfy. I would encourage anyone to rent from this host. He's amazing

Stay was great. Place was pretty much as described. A couple of suggestions:KitchenLight on glassware. I would suggest martini glasses and wine glasses. In fact, I found some cheap ones which we purchased and left.StairsI think in all fairness property management should include photos of the second stair case. We were ready for a third floor apartment but the second stair case is VERY steep. Was a problem for one of our guests.

Simply Great

We had a really great & relaxing time. A lot of this was due to our accommodations. The property is centrally located—you will not need your car as you can walk everywhere, including the beach. There was everything you needed to prepare a meal—including a stand mixer. Nothing was “run in”. All the beds, pillows and furniture were just like you have at home. In fact, it was just like being at home. I cannot speak highly enough about the property & staff. If you are thinking about a stay in Provincetown or the Cape—look no further. I really had a great stay!!! Five stars all around regarding this place.

Property is in an excellent location. Well stocked with kitchen items, linens, magazines. Lots of space and nice and clean. Only negatives - unique apartment with lots of charm but slanted walls to be careful of, shower was small due to slanted ceiling but did its job and may be difficult for a much taller person, tandem parking so we did get blocked in for a night. Received clear instructions for check complete with pics as driveway is easy to miss but received info at 8:45p night prior. Received clear check out instructions but received at 9:24a for a 10a check out so by the time we got back from breakfast, we had to rush to check out by 10a. Overall loved the charm and the location cannot be beat.

5-star location, 2-star property

Apartment is perfectly located: adjacent to the Provincetown library and steps from Commercial St. The apartment itself has significant issues: it is not centrally air conditioned, but instead cooled with loud, intemperate window units, which make the rooms either too cold or too warm; the bathroom, which is NOT air conditioned — and often stultifying, smelled of sewage, was dirty, and had a shower that was, frankly, dangerous — built into the roofline so it’s hard to stand up, with a shower curtain and liner that weren’t cut to match the space, but instead drag into the tub and onto the floor; furnishings were mismatched, uncomfortable, and, in places, literally falling apart. Not deal-breakers, but should be noted: the kitchen is serviceable only for the most basic meals (e.g., little to no counter space, no dishwasher); apartment sleeps 8, but felt maxed out with two adults and one child.

Hi Matt I am sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. I wish you had contacted us about any of the issues you were having so we could have them fixed for you and also for the next guest. Especially a smell of sewage.! That should not be happening. I’m sorry that the interior decor is mismatched. Our interior design budget ran out after furnishing the first two floors. We had to make do this year with what we currently have. The Ac units are new. But wall mounted units are slated to be installed later this fall once the rental season finishes up. The kitchen is small, that is why we added the island with over 12 square ft of prep area. A new fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, ninja blender, hand held mixer, numerous utensils and Cuisinart pro chef two ply pots and pans round out the kitchen. Yes there is no dishwasher, but we do not advertise one. We have had guests cook entire holiday meals with no difficulty. No matter what your definition of basic meal is, the kitchen is equipped to handle. We advertise and price the apartment for 4 people. Mainly due to the limitations of 1 bathroom. However, some family are on a budget and we try to help them out by setting the three bedrooms up with the four beds. We do not recommend 8 people. We provide options and allow the family to assess their own situation and what may work for them.

Really enjoyed staying at this rental, my entire group was very pleased! Only thing to note is that the shower might be a bit awkward for taller folk (like myself) but is still totally usable.Would most definitely stay there again! Thanks for hosting us!
