It is just a step up to the luxurious queen bed and desk area overlooking the sitting room. Behind the boho screen is a Diplomat folding twin bed with matching bedding. The ocean views are spectacular. The living area is expanded by an additional 200-square-foot porch with two seating areas, a table for four, and a comfortable outdoor sofa.
Adjacent is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring four showerheads, a spacious cedar storage area (formerly a sauna), a toilet, and a sink with ocean views. The bathroom also opens onto a private 160-square-foot balcony.
The studio does not have central heating or air conditioning. It has an electric blanket, a portable heater, and a fireplace for chilly evenings.
