Hi Debra! We love a cozy, wind-blown beach getaway Even when the weather doesn’t fully cooperate, a cute place, a great location, good views of the water, and time to relax with friends is still a win in our book. Thanks for checking it out and making the most of it—come back when the temps warm up and the breeze behaves a little better!

Thank you so much for choosing Village by the Beach for the third time—it means the world to us! We're so glad to hear the unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the whole family, and that you enjoyed the pools and being so close to the beach. We appreciate your patience during the lockout and are happy our team was able to resolve it quickly, even on a Sunday night. We can’t wait to welcome you back for your next trip!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're disappointed to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. As soon as you let us know about the odor, we immediately offered to ozone treat the home, but we understood your decision not to have that performed during your stay once you were settled in. We also wish we had been made aware of the housekeeping and maintenance concerns while you were here. The clothing left behind, difficulty with the door locks, and any cleanliness issues are certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and we would have addressed them right away. The size of the pool, the home's location within the complex, and its proximity to the beach are all reflected in the listing and photos so guests can choose the property that best fits their needs. Guests also have access to both pools including the larger resort-style pool next door. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both the home and our guest experience.

Thank you so much! We appreciate your kind review, and we are so glad you had a great stay with Padre Escapes!

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the three bathrooms, the kitchen, and the outdoor faucet — it definitely makes rinsing off after the beach easier! We appreciate you pointing out the areas that need attention as well, such as the lingering smoke smell and the bunk bed rail. Our team will look into these items to ensure they’re addressed for future guests. We’re also happy to report the light has been moved and the railing has been secured. We apologize for the delay in your arrival information — that’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll review what happened there. Thanks again for staying with us and for helping us improve.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize for this inconvenience, as this is certainly not up to our normal standard. We will be certain to address the issues mentioned to ensure that it does not happen again. We hope to welcome you back in the future and encourage you to give our office a call to book so that we may provide you with the most tailored experience moving forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're sorry to hear a few things didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the dryer, ice maker trim, and patio door to our attention, and we'll be sharing those items with our maintenance team so they can be inspected. Regarding the outdoor water hose, we're currently under Stage 3 water restrictions, so hoses are not permitted and have been removed in accordance with the local restrictions. We know they're convenient after a day at the beach, and we appreciate your understanding. As for the storage containers, we provide a detailed list in our listing of what's included in the home, along with the items guests should plan to bring so they can arrive prepared with everything they need for their vacation. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back for another stay on Whitecap.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you and your furry family member enjoyed your stay! It's great to hear the property was a good fit, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back for another pet-friendly getaway soon!
