Enjoy beachfront luxury in this gorgeous, newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex home with uncontested views of the ocean. Breathtaking Emerald coast views make this the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing sunsets with family and friends. This home includes direct beach access, a private pool, and 3 beachfront balconies. This perfect location along historic 30A offers quick access to Seaside and Rosemary Beach which are just minutes away. This is the perfect 30A retreat for up to 16 people!

The home's first floor has 2 full-over-full bunk beds and a shared bathroom to a king-sized bedroom. The stairs take you up to the second floor which includes an open living room, newly-renovated kitchen, and a queen-sized bedroom. The living room has a perfect view of the ocean, a balcony with outdoor seating, and a large dining table to enjoy game nights with friends and family. The kitchen also has a wine fridge and ice maker. The second floor bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool as well as a private bathroom. The stairs then take you up to the third floor which holds two bedrooms. The open master bedroom has a king sized bed, desk, lounge chairs, and a balcony with a chair swing facing the ocean. There is no better place to lay down and watch the sunset! There is also a newly-renovated private bathroom with a luxurious shower. The other bedroom down the hall overlooks the pool with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The private pool can also be heated during the colder months!

This home also comes with 4 bikes and is walking distance to some great restaurants in the area! You will have the option to rent a golf cart as well.

As described and in many ways, better! Very responsive owner. Had one hiccup at check in with the electronic codes, but the number provided for assistance was very helpful! Resolved within 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay again.

5 review for a 5 experience. My family stayed at this house recently and it was one of the best beach stays we have had in many years. The host, Nick, touched base before our arrival. I’ve never had an owner do that. The house was perfect: clean, location, stocked with everything you need. The house is close to absolutely everything. We rented a golf cart which made commuting around the community easy and fun. We absolutely loved our time there. We will try our best to stay here again in the future if the schedule permits because we know how great everything will be! If you want a great house, close to everything and steps from the beach, this is the spot for you!

We loved everything about this house and our experience renting it. Fantastic views and location. Easy access to the beach and a great heated pool. Beach chairs, bikes, games, and lovely porches. The best-stocked kitchen of any house I have ever rented. NIc was so helpful in recommending area restaurants and activities. And he was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!

Beautiful house, perfect location

We loved our stay at Rays on 30A! The house is clean and in great shape, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, pans, and utensils of any rental we have ever stayed in. The location was also perfect - right on the beach and super convenient to Seaside, Alys, Rosemary, Watersound, and more. We are already planning a return stay!

Our family has vacationed in the 30A area for many years, this home and our experience with the Property Manager, amenities, and location are the gold standard now for us. The ocean views were amazing, the home was beautiful, everything was perfect! We look forward to staying here again!

Amazing family trip

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful home! The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and relaxing. Communication from the owner and management team was clear, prompt, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property!

My family and I, plus our friends, have been coming to this area for many years now and this property is by far the best one we’ve stayed in! Very clean house, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding & linens. It’s in a great area, close to resturaunts and shopping. And you cannot beat the direct access to the beach! Communication with the property manager was very efficient, as well. I would highly recommend this rental and I do hope we are able to stay here again next year!

Outstanding!

This house is immaculately maintained and the location was great. We had a couple of minor issues (HVAC and dishwasher), but they were promptly addressed by Gibson. Highly recommend this house!

Sweet Spot on the Beach

Bright airy beach house. Contemporary decoration, nicely equipped for a family that lik we s to cook. The swimming pool, heated, was a huge hit with our grandchildren. Everyone loved the beach. Great location with access coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery. Only 45 min from the airport. Attentive assistance from the owner and property manager when needed. Could not have been a better week.

Slice of heaven

Our spring break at Rays on 30A was great! We have rented many homes on the Emerald Coast over the last 15 years, this house is one of my favorites. The house was spotless and the furnishings new and beautiful. I have never stayed in a house where the kitchen was stocked so well. I always have to buy a frying pan and have even brought my own knives before! Not this time. There were plenty of pots, pans, appliances, silverware, storage containers, etc. The Ninja smoothie maker was a bonus! The location was great, on the beach but set back from the street. The bedroom set up was convenient for us as we were traveling with 5 teenage boys. The downstairs bunk room area was PERFECT for them! They had their own space with multiple gaming stations and very comfortable gaming chairs. Sitting on the porch swing on the 3rd floor balcony was so relaxing and the view was breathtaking. I really can't say enough good things about this house. We will definitely be back!
