Nothing stands between you and the beautiful expanse of Banderas Bay. Enjoy breathtaking views from this 5th-floor unit. Watch sunrise & sunset from the waterfront wrap-around deck. Truly, the best view in town.
You can swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub spa, then step on the beach to one of the most popular surf spots around. Then you can stroll down the beach and indulge in the street food or enjoy a meal in one of the many fine dining restaurants in town. Or you can sit on the beach and be served cocktails, a cold beer, or even a soothing beachside massage. Or you can whip up your beachside meal using the outdoor kitchen and barbecue at the pool.
Please note that our building has a rule that all children must be 13 or older.

Built in 2008, this privately owned secure condominium boasts 12 ocean-view units.

The luxury condo is on the 5th floor and is approximately 2,000 square feet. This tastefully decorated two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit has a spacious kitchen that features high-end finishes such as stone counters and stainless steel appliances. There is Fiber Optic High Speed Internet access in the unit The large living room has a 65" Samsung Smart TV, DVD player, and Roku, and a 40" LCD TV in the master bedroom. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the unit. The large private wrap-around balcony offers incredible views of Banderas Bay, including both sunrise and sunset views. All standard housewares such as dishes, cooking utensils, towels, linens, and bath towels are included in the unit

Punta de Mita is an authentic village 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta that offers the best of both worlds for vacationers. While the town’s local identity is still intact, there has been a small luxury condo development along the beach allowing vacationers to enjoy all the beach town has to offer. There are a variety of dining options throughout town – from a handful of beach-side restaurants to local taco vendors.

We had a great nearly 2 week stay here. The kitchen is wonderful, we cooked a lot of our meals! The view is amazing and the location is perfect for surfers, surf fishing, and beach walking! We are already looking at our dates for next year!

Amazing family surf vacation

We had a wonderful time at Casa Reeves! The condo was exactly as listed and was a great home away from home for our family of four. Check in and out were effortless. There were great restaurants within walking distance and the condo was well equipped for delicious meals at home. We look forward to returning next year!

Punta Mita Paradise!

Highly recommend Casa Reeves!The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and the location is perfect. Less than a five minute walk to restaurant row, where there are great restaurants and shops to enjoy. Even better, a great swimming beach is right out the back door and two fantastic beginner surfing locations are within a few minutes walk. We spent tons of time on the balcony, which has very comfortable lounge chairs, watching surfers below and enjoying the 180 degree view of the coastline. Definitely plan on coming back!

Provided detailed walkthrough and went over all the local attractions and places to eat. Easy Living/Surfing in Corral de Risco

If you're looking for surfing out the back door, a quick walk to a variety of eateries, and a relaxed vibe, this is a terrific condo option. It is very clean, relatively quiet, parking is easy if you have a rented car and Eloisa is a terrific hostess. Kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to prep meals on your own, and while it's fun to stop and stock up on groceries in Bucerias, the many mini supers in Corral have a pretty good selection of the basics. The Saturday market is terrific and just a short walk from the condo.

The property manager was great and met our needs. Location is superb and neighbors very helpful. Meals in 3 restaurants were outstanding and we were able to buy what little we needed at the small local minisupers. We are hoping to be able to come back for a longer period of time. The kitchen had all we needed and the entire place was spotless. Great view from the balcony and comfortable furniture.

Great Location, Everything you Need

Great location and condo had everything we needed for our family. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable. Awesome balcony to enjoy from sunrise to sunset and beyond. Pool area and facilities were great and steps to the beach. Location close to restaurants, groceries and activities. Was very convenient to come back to make a quick lunch or restock the cooler while spending the day on the beach. Small touches like surf board storage and common BBQ were appreciated. Property manager was always responsive and accommodating when things were needed from pre stocked groceries, airport transportation to water refills. Would recommend and stay here again if visiting the area.

Awesome Mexico Getaway!

This was our 4th time at this property, and we will continue to return. Beachfront condo, clean and exactly as advertised. Even a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can pack half of what you normally might, and do laundry once. Literally right on the beach, great pool with perfect water temperature, and a gate to the beach. A short 2 block walk to the village of Punta Mita with all of its open air on the beach restaurants and shops. The Owners and local property manager are great to work with. I cannot recommend this condo high enough. Very secure building as well. Enjoy!

Casa de Reeves

We loved Casa de Reeves. The condominium was beautifully appointed. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was a little off the beaten bath but still a short walk into the heart of the restaurants of Punta Mita. The staff was so helpful. We had a truly horrific travel day. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We arrived very late after three changes of arrival time. We were so relieved to see our name on that sign and our car awaiting us. We were so happy that we had a concierge available to us through the entire stay. Thank heavens for Eloisa. We would love to return.

more than we expected

The property is well maintained. The furniture attractive as well as comfortable. All electronics excellent. The elevator was not working part of the time but we discovered that was because it had to be turned off during heavy rain because that messes with wiring somehow. Since that was when we were checking in it made for some difficulty because my husband has a heart condition and stairs are bothersome. Once the rain stopped everything was fine.

Wonderful condo

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights between Christmas and New Years. The Uber drive from the airport is fairly quick and the option to have your groceries waiting for you at the condo is a fantastic option. I highly recommend it as there is not a lot around to buy groceries. Both bedrooms are large with a lot of closet space. The kitchen has all you need and living room is spacious and full of games. The deck is stunning with beautiful views. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and and easy to reach by elevator or stairs. The beach is great and can be reached through a locked gate. Surf lessons can be booked right in front of condo on beach. We had a great and relaxing time. Great taco restaurants at walking distance. Hot water was a hit or miss and check in was delayed due to unreceived messages. But apart from that everything was a 5 star . We all can highly recommend to stay here.

Great place to getaway and relax

Condo had a great location, close to all Punta Mita restaurants. Furnishings, supplies and amenities were great, only suggestion would be for host to provide a couple of chairs that can be taken out to the beach. The “rentals” available are plastic lawn chairs. The complex felt very safe with locked gates at entrance and to/from beach. Lety the property manager did a great job with restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. We did have trouble finding the complex as the roads are mostly dirt/gravel and don’t really have good signage but the landmarks pointed out in the directions helped. If you are looking for lots of nightlife Punta Mita town is probably not for you but we loved just relaxing on beach and having great food. Whale watch trips from Punta Mita harbor were convenient and affordable. We will definitely be back!

A unique and welcoming home on the beach!

You can feel the love and personality in this home as soon as you walk in– greeted by a beachfront view and lovely welcoming touches. The kind, caring friendliness of the hosts and local team were one of our favorite parts— truly wonderful people. One of the local fave beginner surf spots is literally out your front door. ie: You can watch the waves, and pop downstairs to surf on a whim. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the wrap-around deck for morning yoga. Also so awesome to jump in the pool or hot tub on the way back from the beach.Something helpful to know is this neighborhood is just outside the resort area of Punta Mita. An area filled with countless truly amazing restaurants. (We will never forget our night at NAEF!) Delicious food is everywhere, within a few steps. Also, the Saturday rooftop vinyasa yoga literally one minute walk away was fantastic!We had one mild snafu with the water, but the staff were on it immediately, and did everything they could to fix it ASAP. We also came in the dry season when roads are dusty, but I imagine it’s super lush the rest of the year, likely filled with flowers and even more birds… but waking up to the sound of the ocean and birds was magic. If you’re looking for a modern resort vibe, I’d look toward Punta Mita. But if you’re looking for a place that feels spacious, immaculately clean, creative, welcoming and “truly local”— this is your spot! Thank you again, Nick and Jeri. You and your staff have been wonderful!

Almost paradise

El Farito is in an ideal location in Punta de Mita, a short walk to the developed tourist area (restaurants, tours, fishing, etc.) in one direction, a long stretch of uncrowded beach in the other, and the old town in behind. The apartment is just as shown in the listing photos, spacious, comfortable, and decorated with unique artworks. The very large balcony has spectacular views that take in both sunrise and sunset from the fifth floor. Facing south, the balcony takes on full sun all day and has no way to provide shade, so we could not make full use of it. We requested something to fix this and were brought a beach umbrella which did not really do the job. Many of the other apartments had operable shades, which would seem to be the solution. The beach directly in front of the building, literally just outside the fence, was rocky at low tide, but close by there was beautiful sandy beach. We were told that it is not always so; sand comes and sand goes. All in all, if you are going to Punta de Mita, this the place to stay.

Overall, a beautiful unit and a great fit for our stay. The setup and decor made it feel like a true home.The location was ideal, easy access to the beach, town, and convenient for driving to excursions. Traveling with two teenagers who wanted to surf, it worked especially well. I could even watch them surf right from our patio, which was a great perk. Walkable to beachfront restaurants, with great views from the pool and patio. Kitchen was fully equipped, parking was easy, and the A/C units made it simple to control temperature. Beds were a bit firm but very comfortable.Eloisa, the property manager, was outstanding. Extremely responsive, helped with reservations, local recommendations, and had groceries stocked on arrival. When the coffee maker broke, it was replaced within 30 minutes.The reason for 4 stars is listing accuracy. It’s listed as 3 beds, but one is an air mattress. We invited a guest expecting a proper bed, which created an awkward situation on arrival. This should be clearer. The owner didn’t reach out directly until the last day.One note, the second bathroom does get hot water, it just takes about 6 minutes.Aside from the listing issue, this would have been 5 stars.

Fantastic views, perfect location, comfy and well-equipped

Such a great location! Gorgeous views, easy beach access, equipped with everything we needed, wonderful local art on the walls, and especially good access for surfing - great spot to surf with the teenagers and board rental and storage right out front. Easy walk into the main part of town for meals and shopping.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I had a terrific stay in Punta Mita. The location was safe and just as advertised. The pool area was kept immaculate and such a wonderful place to relax. You can walk the beach for miles at low tide and the ocean is very friendly. We loved that the restaurants were within walking distance…our only regret is that our stay wasn’t long enough to visit them all. Only complaint we had were some barking dogs that felt the need to speak to their friends late into the night. We already want to come back!! Thanks for sharing this special place with us.

I am the original owner. I have been enjoying this unique spot for 20 years. A childhood friend was the developer of El Farito. What a treat to have an early opportunity to become an entry owner & on the fifth floor with the best views spanning the Bay. My wife, Jeri, and I have been redecorating the condo with fun, colorful local art, new furniture & accessories. I have had fun creating my Mexican wall that honors some of the fascinating history of Mexico. We live in Hansville, WA, also a beach town. We are lucky to watch the Orca whales in the NW and see the Humpies from our deck in Punta de Mita. We know you will fall in love with this condo
We will not be there for you, but the property manager, Lety, and Eloisa, your concierge, are always available. Eloise will meet you with the keys when you arrive and show you around. She and Lety can gather gear you may need, organize airport pick up and return, stock the kitchen before you arrive, organize activities, make reservations, reserve a private chef, arrange in-house massages...you name it! In our Guest Book, there is an updated list of restaurants and activities you may enjoy as well.

Where can you be on a beach and see both sunrise and sunset? The wrap around view is over the top! In the winter you can see the humpback whales ( humpies!) from the deck. You can watch the surfers, paddle boarders, the fishermen & the pelicans diving for fish.
You can walk endlessly on the sandy beaches in front of the condo or relax on the beach served local food and drinks. You can enjoy the fine dining on the beach as well. You do not need to go anywhere because you are here! We enjoy bird watching here as well.

We are blessed with the best wrap-around view from the fifth floor with a deck covered by the floor above, allowing you the comfort of shade. Whatever you do here, you are accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves. Relaxed bliss awaits you.
