Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home nice, and we’re sorry the booking process added stress during an already difficult time for your family. We offered Zelle for the pet fee as a way to save you additional processing fees, and we apologize that an incorrect email was initially provided. Ultimately, we completely waived the pet fee and did not charge you for it. Regarding OneKeyCash, we were not made aware that you intended to use it until after booking, and unfortunately OneKeyCash cannot be used on reservations with property management companies. We appreciate you choosing our home and sincerely hope it provided a comfortable place for your family during your surgery and recovery.
