When not at the beach, shopping in the unique Bethany boutiques, or dining in the wonderful local eateries, you can enjoy a tennis match, lounge at the pool or stream your favorite show on one of the smart TV's in the townhouse. Feel like dining in? Grill your burgers and steaks on the patio gas grill. The kids and adults alike will love the outdoor communal play area, cornhole set, books and DVDs. The owners have thoughtfully included multiple beach chairs and a pack n' play, baby chair and baby gates for your tiniest one! No pets or smoking please.
Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
