Beautiful house, easy access to the beach-less than a block. The elevator was perfect addition for me due to recent surgery. Communication with host was easy and quick. Love the pool, cornhole, ping-pong and beach chairs available! Would love to stay here again!!

Very well kept and clean accommodations. The beach is a very short distance from this property and the management company maintains excellent communication and is very responsive. We would definitely return to this beautiful home!

Beautiful home. Fantastic location

My family visited AMI for spring break and we had an absolute blast at this property. The location to the beach was perfect. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We had an amazing week in AMI and would recommend this property for any family or group to stay.

What an amazing week we just spent with our family on Anna Maria Island in your lovely and spacious home! It was perfect for our growing family! The proximity to the beach and many of our favorite restaurants, the beautiful pool in the backyard, and the many comforts and conveniences of home. We look forward to returning again and making more family memories.

Working with the AMI Locals agency was perfect and smooth from the initial booking throughout our stay. Great communication!! We had one minor problem with a slow draining shower that was fixed within hours. House was clean, linens on the beds and a lot of beach towels ready to be used.The house was perfectly located in a quiet part of the island, just a short walk to the beach and the inground pool was great for relaxing. The house was equipped with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and a few other beach items we used. The ping pong table was an added bonus for some fun family time. Great time for our family of six!

We were seven family members ranging in age from 85 to 13. The house was perfect in size and accommodations. One block to the beautiful beach. A great salt water pool in the back. A large elevator and three large balconies (one screened.). Property management quickly handled a few small problems. A large pantry closet in a well equipped kitchen made dinner preps very easy on the few nights we didn’t go out to eat. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Everyone agreed a return trip to Anna Maria Island and the Peachy Keen rental are definitely being planned. Can’t wait to see those gorgeous sunsets again.
