We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great, as it is close to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and local resorts. The view of the ocean from the patio is beautiful and the outdoor area is great. We did expect easier access to the ocean, but this did not impact the awesomeness of our stay. I would recommend this property for an adult getaway or family vacation. The hosts were also very responsive.

Better than Website Pictures

This property is very spacious and in a great location. Watching the sunset from the back patio was magical. It's near wonderful local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the main road to get to downtown Nassau. But far enough away from the cruise port that you can experience the local charm. The pool is saltwater so no harm to bathing suits. We could even walk down a rock ledge to swim in the ocean right behind the property. The pictures online have a hard time portraying how large the bedrooms, living areas and back patio actually are. It truly exceeded our expectations!

Pros - The location, the view, pool guy came out every other day, decently cleaned but could use a deep clean, the lay out and size of the unit is great. Showers were great. Kitchen appliances worked well. Balconies with a beautiful view. Washer and dryer worked decent.Suggestions - AC upstairs needs to really be repaired. It didn’t work for us all week. They didn’t even discount our stay and it was a solid 80-84 degrees upstairs. In the kitchen there wasn’t scissors or a cooking sheet for the oven. No measuring cups. More silver wear and cups for a party of 8. Internet only worked downstairs. A lot of little things broken. Couldn’t use the dining room door, knobs in bathroom cabinet. One bedroom had stains on the sheets - it was clean but had a stain. The host Alicia responded by text quickly but took a day or two to technician to come out for the AC. Definitely a family friendly place. Thankfully the location made up for a lot of our mishaps with the unit.
