Nevertheless, as a courtesy, we purchased and delivered those requested items during your stay because we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. Regarding the condition of the property, our team maintains detailed cleaning reports with time-stamped photographs taken prior to every arrival. When you reported a concern at check-in, our local team responded immediately and resolved it the same day. After that, you and your group enjoyed the home for the remainder of your week-long stay without reporting any additional issues or requesting that we address any other concerns. It is also important to note that the concerns outlined in this review were not raised until the day of departure, after the stay had concluded, when a refund was requested despite the property having been fully occupied for the entire reservation. During those communications, we received a message stating that a negative review would be left if a refund was not issued. Because of this, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the overall experience during the stay.
