Renovated House on Fence Lake for Families, Sunset View, Boat Dock, Snomo Access

Our renovated, clean, lake house is for making memories with kids and grandkids. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there is a den with a trundle bed. Quiet spot on largest lake on a ten chain lake with some of the cleanest water in the Northwoods. Waterskiing, tubing, fishing, bonfires, watching sunset, playing games, and getting back to connected life. This lake is the anchor of our extended family and a source of stability for our kids. We try to share this joy with our guests.
For summer fun we provide two kayaks, scooters, tubes, fishing poles, bonfire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table / chairs on deck, and dock with bumpers and tie downs for your rental boat. Driveway space for your boat trailer and vehicles.
In winter, we are one mile down a snow covered road from Trail 17 which goes north to Mercer and south to Minocqua. We have gas fireplaces upstairs and down. Driveway space for trailers.
This is not a party house and we are in communication with our neighbors

This was a delightful stay! The house is beautiful, and very well furnished and supplied. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and a large table to gather for meals. The back deck makes for lovely lake viewing and we were able to park the boat at the dock. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Quiet Cove is perfectly named

The property is gorgeous and all amenities are provided to ensure a very enjoyable stay. We rate this a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 6 stayed 6 nights in late September. It was our second visit. The home has a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the towels provided by the host are luxurious. Although we didn’t have kids along, the lower level has a ping pong table, two separate bedrooms, a very nice TV sitting area, and a video arcade game. Had to try a round of Ms. PacMan! Main level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen, sitting area with nice furniture and a Tv. Wi Fi worked 100% of our stay. The lake view is priceless! We fished off the pier, caught northern, bass, blue gills and perch. Rented a pontoon and fished and cruised to sightsee. Campfire area is nicer than any we’ve experienced. Very private, and wood was ready including kindling. Host is very responsive to all inquiries. Looking forward to another fall trip here in 2027!

Great stay! Wonderful property! The owners clearly put a lot of thought and consideration into making it a great experience. The kids and I caught panfish off the dock where we regularly saw bald eagles.

Freshly renovated home with great access to Fence Lake

Really enjoyed our stay. The home is impeccably clean and includes many amenities. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the Weber grill. Nice space for families, including are living space in the basement.

The house is modern and met all of our needs. The location is perfect for enjoying the outdoors without any distractions. The owner was very responsive and the communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Cove is a wonderful lake home with Ritz Carleton attention to detail. Extremely well stocked and we loved the location on the lake. Our hosts know how to do it right—from extras that guests might forget to a stocked kitchen that made cooking so easy. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus, especially since we spent so much time on the lakes and of course in the water. We were in the area for a celebration of life and our hosts were extra kind and accommodating, we appreciated their compassion. Their management company is top notch even the team that was doing trash pickup on our departure day was helpful. We hope to make this an annual family trip! Although perhaps we can’t expect the perfect weather we had during our week. Kudos to Quiet Cove! Worth every penny.

Wonderful stay at this spacious and beautiful home. Very accommodating hosts who provided a hi-chair and pack-play crib for our 1yr old. Great boating from the nice dock. All the amenities we wanted. Highly recommend!

Perfect Northwoods Getaway

We had a wonderful getaway week staying here. It was very clean and had a lovely tree-lined roadway leading to the property. We had fun on the lake and all the teens in our group enjoyed basketball and ping pong at the house. Great location, too! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

The house is lovely and decorated beautifully. Luxurious and spacious! Everything we needed was there —and more. Great swimming and boating. All 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful lake getaway

Fabulous house on Fence Lake, which is a 3500 acre lake connected to multiple others. Wonderful place for a family getaway. House and owner are very nice and easy to deal with. Home is very nice inside and out. Highly recommended!

Laughs in lac flambeau

My whole family loved our week in july. We fished, tubed, water skiied. Trained for a marathon, swam. Boated in the evenings, shopped at the Ojibwa market, cooked up a storm, watched our eagle family everyday, and slept soundly in our comfy beds. A great family vacation!

Beth was a wonderful host, answering any questions we had quickly. House is very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, making eat-in meals a breeze. Towels and extra supplies already at the house was a plus! Beautiful lake and location on the water! Fishing a bit slow at first, as our weather was unusually cold this week. But, got the big ones later! Great place!

The home was beautiful. It would have been nice to have at least a half bath in the basement. It was a lot of steps to get down to the lake, but it was beautiful on.the lake. The owners provided us with lots of extras - kayaks, intertubes, life jackets, etc. She was also VERY quick to answer my questions.

Awesome location with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay for our family of 6. We appreciated that there were kayaks, a bonfire pit, a well-appointed pier with plenty of room for the pontoon we rented, a kitchen stocked with everything we could need and our boys loved the ping pong table. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of space to park our vehicles and the house is tucked away in a really nice neighborhood. We'd highly recommend this home. It's apparent that it's well cared for and the hosts want their guests to enjoy it the way they do. We hope to return!

The home was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was decorated like out of a magazine. There are steps down to the lake but the pier and lake were perfect. The clarity of the water was astounding. Fishing was a little slow but it’s October so understandable. We saw eagles every day! The master bedroom was clean, fresh, comfortable. The home had almost everything we forgot to pack. I highly recommend this home and hope to return again! Beth was excellent with communications and we really enjoyed ourselves. Catholic Church was close and very welcoming. Walmart was not far and super clubs were prevalent.

We grew up in Wisconsin and moved around the US. But we always came back to the Northwoods every summer and bought our own cabin several years ago. We love hearing the stories from other families who are making memories at Quiet Cove and some return every summer.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Bobidosh Point is a peninsula in the largest (3500 acre) lake of the Fence Lake chain. The dock and deck face west for beautiful sunsets. We are towards the end of the point, so there is very little traffic on the road. A great road for taking walks and enjoying the woods.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The house was recently remodeled and guests comment on how clean we keep it. We've done our best to provide everything you need for vacation inside and out. Included are kayaks, tubes, fishing poles, BBQ grill, and outdoor table. The property is in a hemlock forest and faces west over the lake for sunsets. The shore is shallow, but gets to 6 feet deep at the end of the dock. There is a public boat launch across the bay.
