We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely amazing and were one of our favorite parts of the trip. The host was great to work with and always quick to answer any questions we had.Honestly, the house and the views exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

These guests were fantastic! They took excellent care of our home! Our cleaners gave them a 10 out of 10 because it was left so clean including wiping down the cooktop, the quartzite countertops, and they may have even vacuumed. They are welcomed to back anytime!

We had an awesome stay here with our family this past weekend. We booked the house so my grandmother could enjoy some beach time, and it really couldn’t have worked out better.The layout of the house was great with plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still feel together. The decor was really well done too, nice and beachy. The whole home stereo was an awesome addition to set a good vibe. Everything was very clean and well kept, which made it easy to settle in right away.One of the biggest things for us was accessibility. The elevator worked perfectly the entire time, which made a huge difference for my grandmother since she’s in a wheelchair. On top of that, the host went above and beyond by helping us arrange a beach-accessible wheelchair, which honestly made the trip for her.The location was super convenient as well. Quick access to Lake Jackson for anything we needed, and we were able to get HEB delivery straight to the house without any issues.Overall just a really smooth, enjoyable stay. You can tell the owners care about the experience. We’d definitely come back.

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked through the door, we could tell the owners put a great amount of thought into every detail. From the beautiful artwork on the walls to the plush and comfortable furniture, the wow factor was there. It is truly uncommon to find a beachfront home that is so well appointed. The beds were heavenly, and the linens rivaled a luxury hotel. My family especially appreciated the elevator, as 2 people in our party were recovering from injuries. Not having to lug beach equipment and groceries up stairs was a priceless amenity.Beach chairs, beach towels, EZ up canopy, corn hole boards, a cart to transport equipment to the beach, 2 BBQ grills and so much more was available to us. It was so nice not to have to pack up half the house just to go on vacation! The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you think you might need to cook a meal, including spices, foil, plastic wrap and wax paper! Not to mention shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom.The owners were so helpful and kind, making sure we knew everything that was provided so that we didn’t pack anything we wouldn’t need. I highly recommend staying here, and cannot wait to book my next trip!

Perfect Family Beach Week

The home is an absolute 5 star retreat. Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully planned and decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished and decorated for style and comfort. The mattresses are heavenly and the towels and linens are top of the line. The bunk room comfortably slept my nephew and all his buddies while allowing the other suites to be enjoyed by the adults. The elevator was incredibly useful for my elderly mother as well as bringing the suitcases and groceries upstairs. The upstairs patio give the perfect views of the ocean and panoramic sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor furniture is top of the line and we enjoyed dining Al fresco while taking in the sound of the ocean waves. The kitchen….. wow… my chef son in law didn’t want to leave it. The host was amazing and stood by through text and calls to answer any questions we may have had. I just truly was overwhelmed with the beauty and peace of this home and am so thankful to have enjoyed it with my family. Without any hesitation, we will be back for another vacation.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful beach house! There were 12 adults and 2 kids (1 toddler, 1 baby), and we all fit comfortably. The downstairs back patio (facing the ocean) was so nice, great place to hang out and relax. We loved the proximity to the beach, it was so easy to walk there and back. You can also drive onto the beach, which is nice if you want to haul a lot of stuff down there. The water was very nice while we were there, no seaweed (yay!) and the sand was very clean. The sound system in the house (controlled via phone app) was really nice too, made it fun and easy to listen to music throughout the whole house. Showers were great, had no problems with running out of warm water. Downstairs layout if open and perfect for socializing. We used the kitchen quite a bit (cooked 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 3 dinners) and it had everything we needed. If you are a picky cook who doesn't like non-stick pots and pans, you might want to bring your own preferred stainless steel frying pan. The two fridges was a great touch, and we did use the washer/dryer a couple times. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. And the owner was so wonderful to communicate with, she was super easy to get in touch with and left very good instructions on how to arrive and get inside the house. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

Our stay at this luxury waterfront beach house was nothing short of unforgettable—a perfect destination for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning water views, thoughtfully designed decor, and top-notch amenities. The house was pristine and incredibly spacious, with every detail curated for comfort and relaxation. The expansive deck was undoubtedly the highlight, offering the perfect setting for morning coffees with breathtaking sunrises and evening gatherings under a starlit sky listening to the waves. Inside, the luxurious finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms made it easy to feel at home. A standout feature was the beautifully lit coral display above the kitchen cabinets, a unique touch that added to the coastal charm. The indoor elevator was a practical and welcome addition, making it effortless to transport luggage and groceries. For outdoor enthusiasts, this home is a dream come true. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing at the community pier just steps away from the property. Our daughter’s first crabbing experience was a joy to witness—she even caught some impressive crabs! We even got to do some fishing off the pier. The nearby beach, just a short walk away, became our favorite spot for hours of treasure hunting for seashells and beach glass. This beach house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with the owner was perfect. We can’t wait to return and create more cherished memories!

A Perfect Beach Getaway: Luxury and Relaxation Combined

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful two-story home near Galveston. The house is elevated to prevent flooding and has a covered area underneath, equipped with games, grills, and picnic tables, perfect for a relaxing day out of the sun. Both back decks are furnished with modern, comfortable furniture and feature Bluetooth speakers installed in the roofs, enhancing our outdoor activities like meals and game nights. The decks offered a serene spot to enjoy the sunrise and bird watching in the mornings, and in the evenings, they were ideal for watching the sunset, beachgoers, and bonfires. The house overlooks the beach, with public access less than half a mile away. The interior of the house truly stood out. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the open kitchen/living area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the decks on both floors. An indoor elevator made moving between floors convenient, and the first-floor freestanding tub was a hit with the kids. This home offers the best combination of luxury and beach relaxation you can ask for without traveling to California or Florida. The host was amazing, providing everything from playing cards to a fully stocked kitchen with dining sets and cookware. I searched for something we needed to buy from the store, but the host had thought of everything. Multiple ovens, washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers made our trip delightful. We will definitely be back next year!

A great place to stay!

I highly recommend this house and owner! Everything about the home is high-end and we couldn't be happier. The kitchen is well-equipped with large appliances, small appliances, tableware, dishes and so much that we could ever want or need. Very impressive! Everything in the house is extremely clean and neat, which I appreciate so much. We have two large families that cook from scratch, so having two really nice refrigerators came in so handy. There are also two very nice washers and dryers. There is very generous seating, both in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a large bar with bar stools around it. The dining table is plenty big. The master suite downstairs is jaw-dropping. The bed seems to wrap around you with a hug. The bathroom is well-equipped, and the shower is to die for. Upstairs, there are two great bedrooms with luxurious en suites plus an amazing bunk room with queen beds on bottom and twin beds on top. The kids loved it. The elevator was key to the whole vacation both for one of the grandparents to access the upper floors, and for easy transport of luggage and groceries. Outdoor furniture is top-notch and comfortable. We used the charcoal grill twice. I would definitely rent this house again. We were well taken care of. The owner communicated with us very well. I cannot think of anything that could be better. I highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect, We had 6 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were large and comfortable. The elevator was perfect for my wife who has a bad knee. The outer decks are great, there was always a nice breeze and awesome views!!! The kitchen was wonderful for preparing family meals when we did not dine out. We played video games during a few rain days and had a blast creating memories we will have forever. There were chairs and a tent for nice visits to the beach. Overall It was a wonderful week!!!! Communications with Rhonda were easy and helpful. We had a great week!!! I really cannot find anything we needed that wasn't there. Thanks for having us

This place is as-listed and much more. Gorgeous property overlooking an area of the beach that isn’t overrun with people. Usually a vacation rental will leave you needing just one more thing (kitchen appliance, outdoor stuff etc.), but not this place. We didn’t even scratch the surface of the games and gear provided. The host is extremely accommodative. We had some unexpected challenges at the last minute and she went to bat for us making calls to golf cart and beach wheelchair rental places. In the end we didn’t even need those things, but Rhonda showed us nothing but grace. We had a fantastic time making memories at this place!
