We invite you to spend your next trip in this beautifully remodeled flat in Chicago's iconic Wicker Park neighborhood. Situated at the intersection of Milwaukee/Damen/North, the location couldn't possibly be better. Countless trendy dining options, bars, shops, and more are just steps away, as well as the Damen Blue Line 'L' station, which links you directly to O'Hare in ~32 minutes. This space was created by celebrity designer Erik Kolacz, featured on Bravo's "Top Design".

Great stay.

This property was a great stay for me and my team as we stayed in Wicker Park for about 10 days opening a new restaurant.

Beautiful and convenient

The space was exactly as advertised. Very clean and close to several great spots for food, drinks, and shopping.

Family wedding

The property was beautiful, clean, well supplied and a great location for coffee, restaurants, bars and shopping. Parking was a challenge and it’s on a busy street so there is some outdoor noise.

Our Chicago trip

This was an excellent place to say. I actually own a cleaning business so when I stay places, I’m always very critical of how clean it is. In this place was extremely clean. Loved everything about it. Every single area of the apartment was sparkling clean.

The apartment is beautiful, the location is great - lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our only complaint is that the kitchen could have been more fully equipped. We were 3 adults and 2 children and did not want to eat out for every meal for 5 days. There was only 1 dish towel, no extra roll of paper towels, only 1 used sponge to wash pots & pans, and only 2 extra trash bags. One of the skillets was not clean - whoever used it last did not wash it - it was gross and should probably be thrown away. A coffee maker (other than a Keurig) and a coffee grinder would have been great.

Great location

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a really great area with tons of restaurants and shops. It looks exactly like the listing. They were very communicative when I had any questions. I will definitely book with the trove team again whenever I’m in the Chicago area!

Excellent rentals in Chicago

The property was everything we expected as we were two families with 7 adults and one toddler. The place was spacious, very well decorated, in the heart of very happening Bucktown area of Chicago. Close to everything from Barnes and obeys to coffee shop to bar to dining options. Easy street parking. Above all close to everything in chicago (just 10-15 minutes driving). Highly recommend!!

Short family reunion!

The condo was beautiful and bedrooms were very nice. The areas were spotless. We really enjoyed ourselves. My only critique would be the living area. The place can adequately sleep 8 people but the sitting cannot. Even with the children on the floor there was not enough comfortable seating. Maybe a larger curved sofa or add a love seat. Otherwise it was great.

Beautiful modern condo in perfect location

What a great find! Amazing location and seems to be newly renovated and furnished. Super comfortable beds and good space. Right at a busy corner across from everything you would need. The busy corner makes one bedroom a little on the loud side, but we live in another city downtown are, so we’re ok with that. The hose was super easy to reach and quick to respond. We didn’t do any big meals there, but the kitchen seemed well appointed. There was some confusion about check in jnstructions being put in the app which didn’t work, but the host responded with then immediately and getting in is super easy with codes to accommodate a group if you split up. It would be helpful to have a book onsite with the door codes, WiFi and check out instructions instead of only in the app and email to one person.

Nice and clean. It was more spacious than I thought. I loved the aesthetic and it’s not as noisy as I thought it would be. Parking can be hard though as it’s paid parking on all streets by location but def worth it. Would recommend and come again to this place next time I am in Chicago.
