Tranquil Mountain Escape in Bailey

Come relax in this tranquil, stylish space with plenty of privacy and gorgeous views. There are an abundance of amenities and personal touches to make you feel right at home. You will have everything needed to prepare meals with friends and family, or use it as a home-base as you explore all that Colorado has to offer. Located less than 10 minutes to downtown Bailey, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and less than an hour to downtown Denver.

The space
Enjoy the open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with vaulted ceilings while surrounded by views of trees and mountains just outside the window. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor, while two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. There is also a workspace/dedicated desk with fast wifi for work or streaming. Downstairs, you'll find another cozy family room with lots of seating, a tv, and table for cards or games. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out if desired. Outside, you'll find a huge wrap-around deck and seating to enjoy a meal outside in the Colorado sun.

There's space for up to 3 vehicles on the gravel driveway in front of the house.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the main house (including laundry) besides a small storage room downstairs. The garage and shed are also off limits but the rest of the property outside is available for your use.

Other things to note
-We do have wifi, however cell signal can be spotty or unavailable depending on your carrier.
-This home is on a well. We ask that you please do you best to conserve water and spread out showers, laundry usage, etc. if possible so you don't get low on water. The tanks take about 1.5 hours to refill if they are emptied.
