"Sea-renity Now!" is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome just minute's from the beach in the heart of Gulf Place! Private gated beach access is just footsteps away with the main pool and tennis courts close by. There are a total of three pools, three private beach access points, two tennis courts, great shopping, and amazing restaurants such as Shunk Gulley, Pizza By the Sea, The Perfect Pig, The Vue, Sunrise Coffee and more! This is the perfect place to vacation and enjoy relaxing and connecting with your family and friends!

The home includes a large kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a light lunch or a five-course meal! Dining for ten at the table and breakfast bar. The living area has a full-size leather couch, loveseat, and comfy side chairs for lounging along with a 75” Smart TV and Dolby Atmos Soundbar for movie nights or catching the game.

The main level boasts an open floor plan, perfect for spending quality time with your family! The half bath is on the main as well as the large screened-in patio which opens to the picnic area with games such as corn hole, shuffleboard, and more!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: All Bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors.
- Master Suite with a King Bed and a Full pull-out Murphy Bed for the kids, plus a Jetted Spa bath with a separate shower. There is also a balcony overlooking the recreation area.
- Guest Bedroom; King Bed with a 42” Smart TV and Full Bath.
- 3rd Floor; Full over Queen Bunkbed making it an ideal room for a family or a great room for the kids! This room features a 50” Smart TV with a video game system.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The house was very clean & it was a very easy check in & check out. We loved going to the pool & it was a short walk to the beach. We plan to return to this place if it is available next summer.

Perfect beach place!

We loved our stay at this Gulf Place townhouse. The townhouse was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed and was a very easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely book this place again.

Great place and location!

We had a wonderful stay at Shore To Please at Gulf Place. We are snow birds and have already booked Shore To Please for next winter. The unit is spacious, clean and well decorated and felt like home. The pool that was close to us heated and in a quiet, less windy area so it was comfortable to swim or sit and read, even on the colder days.We were able to play pickleball on the tennis court and the other tennis court was in the process of being converted to 3 pickleball courts.Gulf Place has several good restaurants in the complex and close by so we walked to most places that we ate.

Lovely, comfortable property!

This is a beautiful rental with great beach access. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on the balcony outside the owner's suite and the screened in porch. The surrounding community is pleasant and walkable. Many extras and thoughtful attention to details.

Spring break

This rental was in a great location, set back on a quiet street perfect for the kids. Quick walk to the pool and beach and restaurants and coffee. Lisa was very responsive and fixed any issue or concern. We would visit again!

Perfect weekend!

We enjoyed this condo so much! It is in a great location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants yet is tucked away in a very quiet area. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation would be to put a gripper under the kitchen rug as it slides around and may be dangerous for some. Looking forward to our next trip!!

Great place!

Great condo! Would stay here again! Super clean. The pictures actually did it no justice- the condo was gorgeous and clean. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The company was super easy to communicate with. We had a toaster that wasn’t working and they brought a new one out the same morning. Easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The kids walked from the condo over to the amphitheater and various shops in gulf place! It was a great stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group -super clean, super comfortable, and very well appointed. We all appreciated the large kitchen/dining room/den, as well as the private and comfortable bedrooms. We have stayed at dozens of different properties in Destin, PCB, and Santa Rosa. "Shore to Please" was, by far, our favorite spot and we look forward to returning next year!

The furniture was comfortable and appropriate for our family.The design of the apt. with the sleeping loft was great for our teens. It was private for them and still in close proximity to their parents. The restaurants and stores provided everything we needed. My only suggestion would be that the large pool near this apt. was heated. When visiting it in the off season, it would be a positive for visiting this apt. in the future.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: A/C NOT WORKING, MOLD, DIRT, DUST. LEFT WITHIN FIRST 24 HOURS!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: A/C NOT WORKING, MOLD, DIRT, DUST. LEFT WITHIN FIRST 24 HOURS! Facts: (1) Reserved Sept. 7-14 of 2024. (2) Door code didn't work, received temporary code. (3) Inside at 75°F. A/C didn't work. A/C unit on 3rd floor had overflow water on floor, drain pipe clogged with sludge. Unit needed immediate service, else no A/C. Maintenance (Chad) cleared drain pipe, sludge blown to outside ground. CHAD WAS GREAT! A/C set to 70°F. Air smelled bad and throats sore. By midnight 2nd floor at 71°F, 1st floor still 75°F. (4) Checked windows, 3 unlocked, dust fell from blinds, not clean. (5) Dirty toilet bowl. (6) Morning (9/8/2024), 2nd floor at 66°F, outside 70's. A/C not working properly. (7) Mold in shower areas. MOLD CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD AND MY WIFE HAS ASTHMA. (8) Messages left, none returned. (9) Vacated at 2:00 PM. (10) Sent message at 3:30 PM: "That place is not ready to rent, it's a health hazard in addition to being dirty and dusty. The thermostat doesn't work either. WE HAVE VACATED THE PROPERTY. There will be pictures in our reviews. GET IT FIXED BEFORE THE NEXT RENTER. We may even contact the local health inspectors." (11) Received call at 3:46 PM, so message was read. Woman said that Chad started A/C and cleaning service could clean mold. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE ARRIVAL. Still no new door code. (12) Property misleadingly described as "newly updated". CANNOT UPLOAD PICTURES ON VRBO, SEE OTHER SITES.

Shores to please, yes please

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo is close to the beach. Three minute walk to the beach as the Seagull flies. The beds felt like they wrapped me in an Angels kiss. The Condo was spacious enough I didn't even hear the teenagers upstairs. Definitely for a five star spot. If you see Tobias the lizard on the front porch let him be his is a chill dude and he is aspiring to break into the insurance game.
