The Space:

This spacious 1,500 sq. ft. apartment in Le Plateau is perfect for group stays, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms, all on the same level. With the metro just steps away and one included parking spot, you'll have both convenience and comfort in one of Montreal's most vibrant neighborhoods. There is also a twin-sized floor mattress that can be placed on top of the sofa bed (futon) for extra comfort, or in the third bedroom for an additional sleeper.

You can purchase a permit for $8 every 24 hours using code PMR02 at any parking kiosk (please leave the permit visible on your dashboard). Guests are responsible for any parking fines or tickets.

About the home

- This home is equipped with MINUT, a noise, occupancy, and smoke sensor approved by Airbnb, to help us maintain a good relationship with our community.

- There is one straight flight of stairs to the apartment — please be careful, especially with little ones.

- The apartment has an air exchange system and AC, so there's no need to open the windows. Air conditioning is not available during the winter months.



Amenities

- Bed linens, towels, and essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo are provided to get you started — extra supplies can be found in the closet or at the pharmacy one block east (Jean Coutu) if needed.

- Daily housekeeping isn't included but can be arranged for a fee.

- Let us know in advance if you'd like the sofa bed or floor mattress set up.



Parking

- Street parking is available but subject to local regulations. Please pay close attention to posted signs — most secondary streets require a residential permit, while main avenues like Mont-Royal are generally paid. Visitors can purchase a temporary permit for $8 every 24 hours using code PMR02 at any parking kiosk (please leave the permit visible on your dashboard). Guests are responsible for any parking tickets or fines.

- Please remove your shoes indoors to help protect the hardwood floors.

- Candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted inside the property.

- We kindly ask that noise stay considerate after 10 pm — there are plenty of great restaurants and clubs nearby to keep the celebration going!



Before Your Stay

- GST and QST are included in the reservation price. Business travelers may request an invoice for tax purposes.

- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking, and a security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the platform used (refunded after checkout, provided all terms are met).

- A government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay for verification.

- Pets may be welcome with prior approval. For everyone's comfort, please keep pets off the furniture and beds. There's no pet fee, though an additional cleaning charge may apply if needed. We're unable to accommodate aggressive or dangerous animals.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from violations of these house rules.
