Host was easy to communicate with, location was excellent and space fit our needs for four adults. Terrace has lovely views and was a great place to end our nights!

Spacious property. We liked that we could walks to restaurants. Loved the outdoor spaces. Owners were kind enough to let us know about fireworks one night. Parking was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Only one minor detail, master bedroom does not have shades on all windows. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! It was close to many shops and restaurants - some were literally right around the corner, Others (on St. Denis, St. Laurent, Mont Royale, and Duluth) were a short walk away. Even the Old Port of Montreal and Mount Royal were within walking distance. We loved the Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood, and it was nice to be away from the tourist crowd in Old Port. The house itself was perfect for our family - it felt like home away from home. It was very clean, comfortable, and gave us space to relax after a long day of walking/sightseeing. The view of Mont Royal from the patio was spectacular, especially when the cross was lit up at night. We even got to see a fireworks show from the patio one night. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Montreal from your beautiful home!

Fabulous location and cozy well stocked townhouse

Amazing Location and Beautiful House

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The location is amazing, surrounded by shops, restaurants and close to the metro. We would definitely visit again!

This is a great property. It is close to all the things you want to do. Restaurants, bars, food stores, Metro and events are all very easily accessed.The property itself is well laid out and was perfect for our family of 5. The property also has a home like feel to it which makes it an inviting place to stay.I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient living in a central location - very neighborhoody and right near a lovely park. Great for doggie. Responsive hosts. Comfortable beds! Lovely nighttime views.

Family Visit to Montreal

The property is in a vibrant neighborhood with great food, nice parks and a variety of shops in walking distance. We loved the walkability of the area and it is perfect for cycling. The home is cozy and well equipped. For families with young children, or those with mobility issues, I would note there are a lot of stairs. We highly recommend.

Lovely spot close to everything

A sweet, cozy condo with a spacious common room, kitchen and plenty of sleeping areas for our family of 6. Our teen loved the 3rd floor and the beda for all were comfortable. The nights were quiet for sleeping and the condo a perfect location for walking the shops and acquiring the train. A great spot!

Wonderful location. Couldn’t have been better. This is not s good place for anyone with even minor mobility issues.We found it impossible to use the top floor which was mostly my fault for not understanding the layout. The showers are great and the beds and the rest was satisfactory. Parking was great!

Great experience

Visited Montreal with 4 other friends. The apartment was amazing, we enjoyed the terrace a lot. Located in one of the best areas of Montreal and close to a subway station, what more can you ask for.

The property is in a decent neighborhood near a school, grocery, boulangerie, restaurants, and shops. It was mostly quiet, with the noises expected in a city. We enjoyed the veranda, which had a good view of the city and part of Mont Royal, but the chairs need to be replaced. This was a nice space to end the day. There are bike lanes throughout the area, and it is very walkable. The city sweeps regularly. There is food waste, recycling, and garbage collection each week. We looked up the criteria for each on the city website, but a list in the house would be useful for visitors. IMPORTANT: There are only 2 bedrooms with separate doors - the “3rd bedroom” is actually an alcove of the middle-level floor and did not suite our needs for four adults and one teen who needed four separate spaces. We did appreciate 2 bathrooms. Separate air-con on each floor allowed for different comfort levels. There is no true living room, another alcove of the main floor. The photos needs updated to show the actual furniture and a better layout. Be mindful that all of the stairs are steep and narrow, and this unit is 3 levels, starting on the second story entry. Heavy suitcases are difficult to maneuver.When using a ride-share, getting to the location can be confusing, as it is on a one-way alley. This alley was blocked a few times during our stay by crews rehabbing other buildings and by city construction. There is no parking on the site.

Not appropriate beds

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bed listing. The third bed was shot using a wide angle lens and is actually a large sunken in ottoman with a thin foam “mattress” over the top. Should not be listed as a bed. The other bedroom is the size of a full bed and more like a closet. There is no living room as the chairs set in it are not for sitting-very unpleasant Victorian like chairs. Maybe a couch? Great location. Roof deck was dirty and not maintained. Has potential with some fixes.

9 days in Montreal

My family stayed here for a 9 day trip and I wasn't familiar with the city at all. I'm glad we picked this rental because it was within walking distance of a number of good restaurants, boulangeries, and a couple organic type grocery stores. We used Uber to get to places downtown or further out. The first week we didn't need the air conditioner at all and just kept the windows open. On the weekend nights it did get a little loud on the streets as people were making their way home from bars and such around 2am. So if you're sensitive to that, maybe shut the windows and run the AC units at night. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked great. There are a lot of steep steps to get inside and in the apartment itself so I'd be cautious if you have small kids or have trouble negotiating stairs. I'd definitely stay here again and the food scene in Montréal is excellent.
