New first floor renovation including expanding the kitchen, it is stunning! Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac and nestled amidst magnolias, palms, and live oaks, this home offers an ideal island retreat. On Cougar Point’s 11th fairway in a gated community, this home is a five-minute walk (about 350 yards) to beach access. This three-story home has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and is spacious enough at 4254 sq ft for a large group or family to be together, but also find comfortable spaces for solitude. Keeping connected during your stay is easy with wireless internet.
The first floor has a newly renovated and expanded living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, half bath, and family room. There are gorgeous new hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a wall of windows with sliding glass doors leading to the large rear deck. The family room has a large TV. The kitchen is open to the breakfast room and TV room and has high-end stainless steel appliances perfect for a chef, an abundance of cabinet and counter space, and a breakfast bar. The breakfast room and family room are surrounded by windows overlooking the rear deck and fairway.
The second floor opens to a welcoming sitting area with a TV that is a perfect place for the kids to get away and relax. There is an inviting main suite with a California king bed and access to a second-floor screened porch. The luxurious main bath features new countertops, a double vanity, a large soaking tub, a new large shower with frameless glass doors and three shower head options (including a rain shower and arm), and an ample walk-in closet. Also located on the second floor are three queen guest rooms, and two remodeled bathrooms with granite counters.
The third floor further shows off this home’s excellent hosting potential for friends, in-laws, or grandchildren. There is another large king-bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, and a bath with a newly tiled shower. For the kids, there is a bunk room with four twin beds and a private bath. All bedrooms have TVs. For family fun, this floor also offers a game room with a foosball table.
The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after an amazing beach-filled day.
The garage is reserved for owner use only.
This is a non-smoking home and no pets allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Guests do not have access to the Resort pools. No smoking and no pets allowed.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
