Super cozy, modern ranch home located just 2 blocks from beautiful Tawas Bay & a short 5-minute walk to the charming downtown shopping area with restaurants, shopping, movie theater and ice cream shops!
This is the perfect landing spot for a fall color tour of northern Michigan. The Ausable River has beautiful views whether you are an avid hiker or just love to stroll around and take in the beauty! Take a hike through Silver Valley and Corsair Trails for the ultimate tour through the woods. All located within 15 minutes away.
The backyard has a propane grill for your local finds from the downtown market, and a large fire pit to enjoy smores and sharing stories of the day's adventures, while watching the stars.

Outdoor patio lights hover over the chaise lounge and sofa area, making it the perfect place for end of day relaxation, and also a serene spot for a good book and a coffee in the morning.
When the snow begins to fall, the backyard firepit is a perfect place to warm up with some hot cocoa after a day of ice fishing/sledding/cross-country skiing or catching up on the snowmobiling excursions through the hundreds of miles of accessible state land!
The primary bedroom has a comfortable Serta pillowtop mattress, room darkening blind, a Roku tv and radiant heated tile flooring for those cooler nights.
The second bedroom has a full size luxury memory foam mattress, room darkening blinds, and a 32" smart tv.
The third bedroom is fun for kids, and adults alike, with two plush pillow top twin mattresses, a room darkening blind, Roku tv, and a built-in nightlight. There are some toys in the closet and games in the cabinet.

I am originally from Tawas, and now live in southwest Michigan. I love walking the beach and watching the sunrise on Tawas Bay, and the sunset on Lake Michigan!
