Minutes from downtown (catch a concert or a cabaret show), Capitol Hill (with its eclectic shops and night life), and Chinatown (tons of tasties to enjoy). Or relax inside with couples games, karaoke, a nice massage, or s’mores by the fire pit. Great for couples, friends, artists, and content creators. Available hourly on Peerspace.

The space:

- Fast wifi throughout the entire space

- Living room and bedroom have multiple lighting settings to get the mood just right, whether you’re rocking out with the karaoke machine, cuddling up for cozy times, or making use of the massage table

- Bar nook/workstation for mixing beverages, sharing a meal, or taking Zoom meetings on your laptop (with a fabulously stimulating background)

- Take candid photographs with the provided polaroid camera located near the guest book

- Binge your favorite show on our 65” smart TV, complete with Netflix and Chromecast.

- Show off your singing skills with our karaoke speaker, wireless mics, and an endless selection of YouTube karaoke songs

- Enjoy customized coffee/tea options, or eat a slice of the forbidden apple with caramel

- Get a little closer by playing couples games located in the ottoman in the living room

- Freshen up with a rainbow-lit shower and floating candles

- Explore any angles your heart desires in the “Oasis of Sin” bedroom, located in the heart of the Forbidden Garden

- Relax in comfy plush robes and get an incredible night’s sleep thanks to our blackout curtains

- Meticulously cleaned, well-stocked, and personalized in between guests

- Due to the attention to detail required for cleaning and the numerous activities provided (guests wishing they’d stayed longer), we highly prefer guests to use the two night minimum, but will make exceptions when possible.
